Նոր քրգործ Սամվել Կարապետյանի դեմ

«Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խմբի սեփականատեր Սամվել Կարապետյանին նոր մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել մի քանի ընկերությունների գործունեության հետևանքով, իբր, ստացված փողերի լվացման համար: Կարապետյանի պաշտպանության խորհուրդը նշում է, թե ցանկացած անաչառ դիտորդի համար պարզ է դարձել մեղադրանքի՝ ակնհայտ անհիմն և կալանքի ապօրինի լինելը, ինչպես նաև ընդհանուր քրեական վարույթի քաղաքական հետապնդման բնույթը: « Արդյունքում, քրեական վարույթը կարճելու, կալանքը վերացնելու փոխարեն՝ անվանի գործարար, բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանին օրերս ներկայացվել է «մի քանի ընկերությունների գործունեության հետևանքով փողերի լվացման» ակնհայտ անհիմն նոր մեղադրանք՝ առանց որևէ տվյալի: Ակնհայտ է, որ Հայաստանում վերջին շրջանում «փողերի լվացումը» վերածվել է ամենատարածված մեղադրանքի և պարբերաբար կիրառվում է բացառապես քաղաքական հաշվեհարդարի համատեքստում»,- հայտարարել են փաստաբանները:

Ստեղծված իրավիճակում նրանք աննախադեպ են համարում այն հանգամանքը, որ Սամվել Կարապետյանի որևէ կոնկրետ գործողություն, որն ինչ-որ կերպ կարող է առնչվել մեղսագրվող արարքի հետ, ընդհանրապես առկա չէ. «Մեղադրանքում նկարագրված գործողություններում չի նշվել կառավարչական բնույթի որևէ որոշում, գույքի հետ որևէ առնչություն»,- ասվում է հայտարարության մեջ:

Փաշինյանական իշխանությունը, իր ահից դրդված, մինչև վերջ պատերազմ է հայտարարել Կարապետյաններին, դրա համար կանգ չի առնում որևէ ապօրինության առջև։ Իհարկե, փաստերի և ապացույցների բացակայության պայմաններում քրեական վարույթները փլուզվելու են, Սամվել Կարապետյանն էլ հաստատ մնալու է Փաշինյանի կոկորդին։ Բայց իշխանությունը զավթած խմբակը ցանկանում է հնարավորինս վնաս հասցնել բարերարին։ Հատկապես, նոր քաղաքական ուժ ստեղծելու՝ Սամվել Կարապետյանի հայտարարությունից հետո նրա և իր կողմնակիցների դեմ բռնաճնշումները ընդլայնվելու են։
