Բրյուսել և Փարիզ․ Փաշինյանից հաշիվ էին պահանջում

Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի այցերը Բրյուսել, ապա և Փարիզ բոլորովին այն մասին չէին, ինչ ներկայացվում է պաշտոնական հաղորդագրություններում։ Հիշեցնենք, Փաշինյանը երեկ մեկնել էր Բրյուսել, հանդիպել Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Անտոնիո Կոշտային և Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լայենին։ Կողմերը դրանից հետո համատեղ հայտարարություն են ընդունել, Եվրամիությունը խոստացել էր իր ներդրումները հասցնել մինչև 2․5 միլիարդ եվրոյի։ Մի շարք հայտարարություններ ևս արել էին՝ այդ թվում, աջակցություն հայտնելով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հակաժողովրդավարական քաղաքականությանը։

Իսկ Բրյուսելից Փաշինյանը մեկնել էր Ֆրանսիա, որտեղ Ելիսեյան պալատում հանդիպել էր Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնին, մաղթել բարօրություն և բարգավաճում։ Քննարկել են նաև, ըստ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության, Հայաստան-Ֆրանսիա հարաբերությունների օրակարգային մի շարք հարցեր։ Փաշինյանը Մակրոնին հրավիրել է Հայաստան։ Սա ի դեպ, թվով 6-րդ հրավերն է, որ Փաշինյանն անում է Ֆրանսիայի նախագահին, բայց Մակրոնն ընդամենը մեկ անգամ, 2018 թվականին է պետական այցով ժամանել Հայաստան։

Փաշինյանի հապշտապ այցը Բրյուսել և Փարիզ ընդամենը մեկ նպատակ ուներ՝ հավաստիացնել եվրոպական գործընկերներին, որ Աբու Դաբիում բանակցությունների արդյունքները, ինչպես նաև տարածաշրջանում ԱՄՆ-ի ներկայության ավելացումն ուղղված չէ եվրոպական երկրներին։ Բանն այն է, որ նախագահ Թրամփի քաղաքականությունից Եվրամիությունը բավական տուժում է և այժմ փորձում են սեփական խաղն առաջ տանել առանց ԱՄՆ-ի, ուստի և փորձում են հենց Փաշինյանից հասկանալ, թե ինչպես է ստացվում, որ նախապատվություն են տալիս ամերիկյան, այլ ոչ եվրոպական առաջարկներին։

Մեր տեղեկություններով, Փաշինյանը, երդում տալով, հավաստիացրել է, թե Եվրամիության և եվրոպական առանձին երկրների շահերի դեմ որևէ գործողություն չի անում, այլ փորձում է համադրել դրանք՝ անվտանգությունն ապահովելու համար։ Ի դեպ, Փաշինյանը նաև Մակրոնին խնդրել է գալ Հայաստան, և խոսքը միայն եվրոպական քաղաքական համայնքի առաջիկա հանդիպման մասին չէ։ Ըստ էության, Փաշինյանին հարկավոր է մինչև խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները Երևանում ընդունել Մակրոնին՝ սեփական վարկանիշը փոքր-ինչ բարձրացնելու համար։ Պաշտոնական Երևանը նաև ցանկանում է ռազմավարական գործընկերության համաձայնագիր կնքել Փարիզի հետ, այդ կերպ գրեթե ամբողջությամբ դուրս գալով Ռուսաստանի ազդեցության գոտուց և Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանությունը զիջել Ֆրանսիային։ Մակրոնին այս զարգացումները չափազանց ուրախացնում են, իսկ թե ինչ հետևանքներ դա կունենա, ոչ Փաշինյանին, ոչ էլ, առավել ևս, Ֆրանսիայի իշխանություններին չի հետաքրքրում։
