Ահաբեկում են մարդկանց, որ ներկայացնեն հայտարարագիր, բայց չի ստացվում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մինչև այս տարվա նոյեմբերի մեկը քաղաքացիները պետք է ներկայացնեն իրենց եկամուտների հայտարարագիրը։ Օրերս «Փաստը» գրավոր հարցում էր ուղարկել ՊԵԿ՝ պարզելու համար, թե հարցման պատասխանի օրվա դրությամբ քանի հայտարարագիր է արդեն իսկ ներկայացվել։ Կոմիտեից ստացված պատասխանի համաձայն, «այս տարվա հուլիսի 10-ի դրությամբ, 2024 թ. հաշվետու տարվա համար հայտարարագիր է ներկայացրել 82636 ֆիզիկական անձ»: Սա նշանակում է, որ քաղաքացիների մոտավորապես 90 տոկոսն այս պահին բոյկոտում է հայտարարագրման համակարգը:

Դեռ ամիսներ առաջ «Հայաստանը ես եմ» նախաձեռնությունը, ղեկավար Նաիրի Սարգսյանի գլխավորությամբ, ակտիվ պայքար սկսեց ֆիզիկական անձանց եկամուտների պարտադիր հայտարարագրման պրոցեսի դեմ։ Թերթը դիմեց նրան՝ պարզելու, թե ինչի՞ մասին է վկայում հայտարարագիր ներկայացրած անձանց այսքան փոքր թիվը, երբ գործընթացի վերջնաժամկետին մնացել է երեք ամսից մի քիչ ավելի ժամանակ։

Սարգսյանը նշեց, որ մինչև հայտարարագրման գործընթացի վերջնաժամկետն ընկած ժամանակահատվածը, այն է՝ առաջիկա երեքուկես ամսում շատ քիչ բան կարող է փոփոխվել։ «Պետական ամբողջ ապարատը լծված է հայտարարագրման գործընթացին և ահաբեկում է մարդկանց, որպեսզի ներկայացնեն հայտարարագիր, բայց չի ստացվում։ 82636-ն ընդամենը պետական ահաբեկման արդյունք է։ Այն դեռևս մեր կանխատեսումների շրջանակում է։ Կանխատեսել ենք, որ մինչև նոյեմբերի 1-ը հայտարարատուների թիվը կազմելու է մինչև 150 000, ընդ որում՝ դա էլ երևի հազիվ հասցնեն ապահովել։ Հաշվի ենք առել, որ պետական ապարատում և իշխանությանը փոխկապակցված բիզնեսներում ներգրավված աշխատակազմերը պարտադրողաբար հայտարարագրեր են ներկայացնում։ Մեր մյուս քաղաքացիները հետևել են մեր հորդորին, և որևէ մեկը չի պատրաստվում ներկայացնել հայտարարագիր»,-«Փաստի» հետ զրույցում նշեց «Հայաստանը ես եմ» նախաձեռնության ղեկավար Նաիրի Սարգսյանը։
