Հանցավոր ծագում ունեցող 100 մլն դրամ է փոխանցվել է բյուջե․ ՔԿ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչության կիբեռհանցագործությունների և բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում կատարված հանցագործությունների քննության վարչությունում քննվող քրեական վարույթի նախաքննության ընթացքում առերևույթ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ Երևանի բիզնես կենտրոններից մեկի գրասենյակային նշանակության տարածքում մի խումբ անձինք իրականացրել են համացանցային զանգեր օտարերկրյա պետություններում գտնվող անձանց և շահութաբեր ներդրում կատարելու պատրվակով օգտագործելով իրենց կողմից կառավարվող կեղծ ներդրումային հարթակները՝ համակարգչային տարբեր ծրագրային ապահովումների, ցանցի կիրառմամբ հեռահար հասանելիություն են ստացել հիմնականում եվրոպական պետություններում բնակվող անձանց տարբեր հաշիվներին, բանկային հաշվեհամարներին և խնայողություններին, որոնցում ոչ օրինական հիմքով կատարել են փոփոխություններ:

Մասնավորապես՝  բանկային քարտերը կցել են տարբեր վիրտուալ՝ իրենց կողմից կառավարվող հարթակներին, ինչպես նաև դրանցում կատարել առկա տարբեր արժույթների, կրիպտոհաշիվների փոփոխություններ և փոխանցումներ՝ հափշտակելով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով ֆինանսական միջոցները:

Կատարված հափշտակություններից հետո հանցավոր կազմակերպության անդամները ֆինանսական միջոցները փոխանցել են բազմաթիվ կրիպտոդրամապանակների և ՀՀ-ում գործող տարբեր կրիպտոարժույթների փոխակերպման կետեր փոխանցելով՝ կանխիկացրել են: Այնուհետև, կանխիկացված գումարն օգտագործել են հանցավոր կազմակերպության մեջ ներգրավված անձանց արտարժույթի տեսքով կանխիկ գումարներ բաժանելով, տարածքի վարձավճարներ հատկացնելով, ինչպես նաև այլ նպատակներով:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում երկու անձի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 318-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (հանցավոր կազմակերպություն ստեղծելը կամ ղեկավարելը) և 257-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին և 3-րդ կետով (հանցավոր կազմակերպության կողմից առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կատարված համակարգչային հափշտակությունը)։

Հանցավոր ծագում ունեցող 100 մլն դրամը փոխանցվել է պետական բյուջե:
