Գիտնականները գտել են արևային մարտկոցները շրջակա միջավայրի համար անվտանգ դարձնելու միջոց

Քիմիկոսները մոդելավորել են արևային վահանակների մեկուկես հազարից ավելի կոնֆիգուրացիաներ` հիմնված նոր նյութի վրա, որի հատկությունները գերազանցում են սովորական պերովսկիտներինը: Ավելին, այն ավելի էկոլոգիապես մաքուր է և ոչ պակաս արդյունավետ, գրում է Naked-science.ru–ն:

Կապարահալոգենիդային պերովսկիտային արևային մարտկոցների (LHPSC) ի հայտ գալը դարձել է ֆոտովոլտային արդյունաբերության մեջ առաջընթաց իրենց ռեկորդային արդյունավետության շնորհիվ: Դրանք հասնում են էներգիայի փոխակերպման բացառիկ արդյունավետության՝ 25% միաձուլման արևային մարտկոցներում և 29% մոնոլիտ տանդեմ կոնֆիգուրացիաներում։

Այնուամենայնիվ, ինչպես նշել են Քերետարոյի ինքնավար համալսարանի (Մեքսիկա) գիտնականները իրենց աշխատանքում, ավանդական պերովսկիտային արևային մարտկոցներն ունեն նաև մի շարք թերություններ՝ կապարով թունավորման վտանգ, կարճատև կյանք և բարձր անկայունություն։ Դա, իր հերթին, «դանդաղեցնում է» դրանց լայն կիրառումը։

Քիմիկոսները խնդիր են դրել գտնել այլընտրանքային նյութեր, որոնք կմիավորեն կապար-հալոգենիդային պերովսկիտային արևային մարտկոցների եզակի հատկությունները օքսիդային պերովսկիտների ոչ թունավոր բնույթի հետ։ Գիտնականները որպես արևային մարտկոցների հիմք ընդունել են քաղկոգենիդային պերովսկիտները (SrHfSe 3). այս կիսահաղորդչային նյութերը քիմիապես կայուն են և արդյունավետորեն արևային էներգիան փոխակերպում են էլեկտրական էներգիայի։

Հետազոտողները ստեղծել են արևային մարտկոց տարբեր նյութերի մի քանի շերտերից և որպես անցքերի հաղորդիչ օգտագործել են մոլիբդենի դիսուլֆիդը (MoS2): Այնուհետև այն հաջորդաբար փոխարինվել է անօրգանական կիսահաղորդիչների, պոլիմերների և MXenes-ների շերտերով (երկչափ նանոնյութեր, որոնք բաղկացած են անցումային մետաղների կարբիդներից, նիտրիդներից և կարբոնիտրիդներից):

Օգտագործելով SCAPS-1D, արևային մարտկոցի մոդելավորման ծրագիրը քիմիկոսները մշակել են կոնֆիգուրացիա՝ հիմնվելով նոր պերովսկիտային SrHfSe 3 CP-ների վրա: Այդ գործընթացում գիտնականները կարողացել են օպտիմալացնել որոշիչ պարամետրերը՝ մոտենալով իրական շահագործման պայմաններին: Ուսումնասիրությունը ցույց է տվել, որ քաղկոգենիդային պերովսկիտները կարող են ցուցադրել բարձրացված արտադրողականություն: Փորձարկված նյութերի մեջ լավագույն արդյունքները ստացվել են երեք հաղորդիչ շերտերի կողմից՝ SnS – արդյունավետություն 27.87%, CPE-K – 27.39% և Ti2CO2 – 26.3%:
