Փաշինյանը վերաբացում է ընդդիմադիրների դեմ հին գործերը

Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեն հայտնել է, որ ձերբակալվել է 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի տասին տեղի ունեցած կառավարության և Ազգային ժողովի վարչական շենքերում և այլ վայրերում զանգվածային անկարգություններին մասնակցած ևս 7 անձ, միջնորդությունները ներկայացվել են դատարան 7 անձի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց վարչական հսկողություն ընտրելու վերաբերյալ։ Մայիսին էլ Քննչական կոմիտեն հայտնել էր, որ այս դեպքով ձերբակալվել են 9 անձինք։

Զանգվածային անկարգությունների վերաբերյալ հարուցված քրեական գործերով մարդկանց ձերբակալել էին նաև 2020-2021 թթ․-ին, բայց այս գործերով ոչ ոք չէր դատապարտվել, բոլորին ազատ էին արձակել, բայց քրեական գործը առկախել էին։ Այժմ արդեն գրեթե 5 տարի անց Փաշինյանը կրկին վերաբացել է տվել այդ գործը, դրանով նոր բռնաճնշումների ալիք սկսելով ընդդիմության ներկայացուցիչների դեմ։

Եթե 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո դեռևս դատարանները որոշակի անկախություն պահպանում էին, ինչպես նաև, հաշվի առնելով իրավիճակը և կրած պարտությունը, նաև դիմադրում էին Փաշինյանին, ապա այսօր արդեն կարելի է ասել, որ մեծ մասամբ գործող իշխանություններին հաջողվել է իրենց վերահսկողության տակ գցել դատական համակարգը և պարտադրել իրենց կանոնները։

Շատերին էլ, որոնց դեմ նախկինում չէր հաջողվել քրեական վարույթներ հարուցել, կալանավորել կամ գործերը հասցնել մինչև դատարաններ, այժմ արդեն Փաշինյանը կարծես որևէ խնդիր չի տեսնում։ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության քննչականի, հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի և դատախազության մեջ զտումներ իրականացնելով, դրանք համալրել է իր կողմնակիցներով և նոր հարձակման անցել ընդդիմության դեմ։ Եթե նախկինում ընդդիմադիրներին հաջողվում էր որոշակի լծակներ դեռևս պահպանել, ապա այսօր իրենց իսկ մեղքով, գրեթե կորցրել են այդ լծակները և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին հնարավորություն են տվել առավել լկտիանալ։
