Աղվան Ավագյանի դերը և Հայաստանի գլոբալ ճանաչումը հյուրընկալության զարգացման մեջ

Տարածաշրջանում, որն ավանդաբար թեր ներկայացված է եղել համաշխարհային շքեղ ճանապարհորդության ոլորտում, մեկ մարդ վերաիմաստավորեց գերազանցության և գլոբալ նշանակության չափանիշները։ Այդ մարդն է Աղվան Ավագյանը՝ «Seven Visions Resort & Places, The Dvin»-ի երազ Visionary գործադիր տնօրենը, ով կանգնած է «Դվին» բազմաֆունկցիոնալ համալիրի ստեղծման ու զարգացման հետևում։ Այս հմայիչ ու ժամանակակից համալիրն այսօր վերափոխել է Հայաստանի մայրաքաղաքը՝ դարձնելով այն համաշխարհային մակարդակի դիվանագիտական, մշակութային և զբոսաշրջային կենտրոն։

Սկզբից մինչև համաշխարհային ճանաչում՝ պարոն Ավագյանն անձամբ ղեկավարել է «Դվին»-ի ստեղծումը՝ պատկերացնելով մի տարածք, որը ոչ միայն շքեղ է, այլ նաև խորհրդանշական՝ հայկական ժառանգության և ժամանակակից հմայքի յուրօրինակ միաձուլմամբ։ Գտնվելով Երևանում՝ «Դվին»-ը դարձել է նախընտրելի վայր միջազգային միջոցառումների համար՝ հյուրընկալելով պետական այցելություններ, համաժողովներ և բացառիկ միջոցառումներ, որոնք մի ժամանակ անհասանելի էին տարածաշրջանի համար։

Պարոն Ավագյանի ղեկավարությամբ այս համալիրն ընդամենը երկու տարվա ընթացքում ստացել է 15 հեղինակավոր միջազգային մրցանակ՝ աննախադեպ արդյունք հայկական բիզնեսի համար։ Դրանք ներառում են «2024 թվականի աշխարհի լավագույն հյուրանոցային ճաշի և ժամանցի փորձառություն», «2024 թվականի Եվրոպայի լավագույն բիզնես միջոցառումների հյուրանոց» և «Հայաստանի առաջատար հյուրանոց 2023 և 2024» մրցանակները, որոնք շնորհվել են World Travel Awards-ի կողմից՝ համաշխարհային հյուրընկալության ոլորտում ամենահարգարժան գնահատականներից։

Բայց «Դվին»-ի առանձնահատկությունը միայն կոչումներով չի սահմանափակվում։ Այն դառնում է նաև մշակութային և դիվանագիտական կենտրոն՝ հյուրընկալելով նման կարևոր միջոցառումներ, ինչպիսիք են Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի գագաթնաժողովը (մասնակցությամբ 50-ից ավելի երկրների ղեկավարների), ԵԱՏՄ միջկառավարական խորհրդի նիստը, ՀԱՊԿ գագաթնաժողովը, ինչպես նաև Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի բիզնես ֆորումը, որին մասնակցել են ավելի քան 70 պետություններ։

«Դվին»-ի բեմը նաև հյուրընկալել է աշխարհահռչակ կատարողների՝ 50 Cent-ից և Black Coffee-ից մինչև Գրիգորի Լեպս, Լեոնիդ Ագուտին, Վալերի Մելաձե, Լոբոդա և A'Studio։ Այս ելույթները, կազմակերպված պարոն Ավագյանի նախաձեռնությամբ, առաջին անգամ են տեղի ունեցել Հայաստանում մեկ մասնավոր վայրում։

Սակայն, գուցե, Ավագյանի առաջնորդության ամենանշանակալի դրվագը նրա համոզմունքն է, որ Հայաստանը կարող է և պարտավոր է ներկայանալ համաշխարհային հարթակում։ Այս հավատով՝ ինչպես նաև անդադար բանակցություններով, գործընկերային հարաբերությունների ամրապնդմամբ և գերազանց կատարողականով, նա իրականացրել է մի բան, որը շատերի համար անիրագործելի էր թվում՝ դարձնել «Դվին»-ը ոչ միայն հանգստավայր, այլև ազգային նվաճում։
