Սամվել Կարապետյանի և Բագրատ Սրբազանի ուշագրավ մարտավարությունը

Հայտնի գործարար, բարերար, ներկայումս կալանքի տակ գտնվող Սամվել Կարապետյանը և նրա պաշտպանական թիմը բավական ուշագրավ մարտավարություն են ընտրել, ինչը, ի դեպ, կարող է արդյունավետ լինել։ Մասնավորապես, Սամվել Կարապետյանը դատական նոր հայցեր է ներկայացրել քպականների և գործող իշխանությունների քարոզիչների նկատմամբ, նրանցից հերքումներ և 6-ից 9 միլիոն դրամ փոխհատուցում պահանջելով։

Դատական հայցեր առաջիկայում ներկայացնելու են նաև Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոսի փաստաբանները։ Նշել են, որ նախատեսում են շուրջ 150 քաղաքացիական հայց ներկայացնել դատարաններ։ Փաստաբան Հովհաննես Խուդոյանի խոսքով, քաղաքացիական հայցեր են ներկայացնելու տարբեր օղակների քարոզիչների դեմ, ովքեր խախտելով անմեղության կանխավարկածը, վիրավորական և զրպարտական արտահայտություններով թեման ուռճացնում են։ «Բազմաթիվ մարդիկ կան այս պահի դրությամբ, 150 անուն ֆիքսել ենք, որոնց գործողություններում ակնհայտ են և դատարանների կողմից բավարարման ենթակա վիրավորական և զրպարտական խոսքը»,- ասել է Խուդոյանը։

Այս մարտավարությունը բավական արդյունավետ կարող է լինել, դատարաններում դեռ կան դատավորներ, որոնք չեն պարում գործող իշխանությունների դուդուկի տակ, և արդարացի վճիռներ երբեմն կայացնում են։ Այս դեպքերում էլ, եթե ոչ մեծամասամբ, ապա շատ դեպքերում դատարանները կարող են վճիռ կայացնել ընդդեմ քպական քարոզիչների, և դա լրջորեն կհարվածի նրանց գրպանին, ստիպելով զսպել իրենց լկտիացումը։ Առաջիկայում պարզ կլինի, թե ինչ զարգացումներ կլինեն այս գործով։
