Գոտկատեղի լայն շրջանագիծ ունեցող տարեց կանայք գտնվում են մահվան բարձր ռիսկի տակ

Ավելի քան երկու տասնամյակ կանանց հետևած միջազգային ուսումնասիրությունների համաձայն՝ ավելի լայն գոտկատող ունեցող տարեց կանայք կարող են ունենալ մահվան ավելի բարձր ռիսկ, անկախ իրենց Մարմնի զանգվածի ցուցանիշից (ՄԶՑ)։

Հետազոտությունը ցույց է տվել, որ 50-79 տարեկան, հետդաշտանադադարային շրջանում գտնվող կանանց մոտ գոտկատեղի շրջանագծի չափման և ՄԶՑ-ի համակցված գնահատումը ավելի ճշգրիտ է կանխատեսում ճարպակալման հետևանքով մահվան ռիսկը, քան միայն ՄԶՑ-ի օգտագործումը։

Այս արդյունքները համահունչ են Աթերոսկլերոզի դեմ պայքարի միջազգային հասարակության (IAS) և Սրտամետաբոլիկ ռիսկի միջազգային հանձնաժողովի (ICCR) վերջերս տված հանձնարարականներին, որոնք ներառում են ինչպես գոտկատեղի շրջանը, այնպես էլ ՄԶՑ-ն բարձր ռիսկի ճարպակալման ֆենոտիպերը հայտնաբերելու նպատակով։

Հետազոտության արդյունքները հրապարակվել են Annals of Internal Medicine գիտական հանդեսում։

Ֆրեդ Հատչինսոնի անվան Ուռուցքաբանական կենտրոնի հետազոտողները և նրանց գործընկերները վերլուծել են 139,213 կնոջ տվյալներ՝ 50-ից 79 տարեկան, հետդաշտանադադարային շրջանում «Կանանց Առողջության Նախաձեռնություն» (Women's Health Initiative) բազմակենտրոն բնակչության վրա հիմնված հետազոտության շրջանակում, որին մասնակցել են 1993-ից 1998 թվականներին, այն շարունակվել է մինչև 2021 թվականը։

Մասնակիցները բաժանվել են երեք խմբի՝ մշակման խումբ (67,774 մասնակից), առաջին հաստատման խումբ (48,335 մասնակից՝ ավելորդ քաշի կամ ճարպակալման բարձր տարածվածությամբ) և երկրորդ հաստատման խումբ (23,104 մասնակից՝ տարբեր աշխարհագրական կենտրոններից)։

Մարմնի զանգվածի ինդեքսի կատեգորիաները ներառել են նորմալ քաշ, ավելորդ քաշ և ճարպակալում 1-ից 3 դասեր։

Գրեթե բոլոր կանայք, ովքեր ունեցել են 2-րդ կամ 3-րդ կարգի ճարպակալում՝ ունեցել են 88 սմ կամ ավելի գոտկատեղի շրջանագիծ, ինչը համապատասխանում է կանանց համար գործող ստանդարտին և անկախ է մարմնի զանգվածի ինդեքսից: Հետազոտողները պարզել են, որ մահացության ռիսկն ավելի բարձր է ավելի մեծ մարմնի զանգվածի ինդեքս ունեցող և նորմալ գոտկատեղի շրջանագիծ ունեցող կանանց մոտ։

Բացի այդ, մահացության ռիսկը նույնն է եղել նորմալ քաշ կամ ավելորդ քաշ ունեցող և մեծ գոտկատեղի շրջանագիծ ունեցող կանանց և 1-ին կարգի ճարապակալում և նորմալ գոտկատեղի շրջագիծ ունեցող կանանց մոտ:
