Գլխավոր դատախազի խայտառակումը խորհրդարանում

Հայաստանի Ազգային ժողովը երեկ, 59 կողմ և 0 դեմ ձայներով պատգամավորական անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկեց «Հայաստան» դաշինքի խմբակցության ղեկավար Սեյրան Օհանյանին և խմբակցության քարտուղար Արծվիկ Մինասյանին։ Օհանյանին մեղադրում են ապօրինաբար առանձնատուն կառուցելու, Արծվիկ Մինասյանին էլ, բնապահպանության նախարար լինելով, որևէ քայլ այդ ապօրինությունը կանխելու ուղղությամբ չանելու մեջ։ Այսօր էլ խորհրդարանը քննում է «Հայաստան» դաշինքի մեկ այլ պատգամավորի՝ Արթուր Սարգսյանին պատգամավորական անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկելու, ապա և կալանավորելու հարցը։

Գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանը չի բացառել, որ կարող է նոր միջնորդություններ ներկայացնել այլ պատգամավորների մասով ևս։ Փաշինյանական իշխանությունն ամեն ինչ անում է իր ընդդիմախոսներին բռնաճնշումների ենթարկելու համար և ոչնչի առջև կանգ առնել մտադիր չէ։ Նույն այս պայմաններում տարօրինակ է, որ իրավապահ մարմինները դառնում են Փաշինյանի ձեռքի գործիքը՝ հաճույքով խայտառակվում ուղիղ եթերում, որևէ հոդաբաշխ միտք չկարողանալով հայտնել։

Երեկ ընդամենը խորհրդարանում քաղաքական հարցուպատասխանի ընթացքում գլխավոր դատախազն այդպես էլ չկարողացավ ապացուցել, որ զինված ահաբեկչության որևէ փաստ ունեն։ Ընդհակառակը, մինչ իշխանական քարոզչամեքենան փորձում է տպավորություն ստեղծել, թե ընդդիմությունն իբր, ահաբեկչություններ է նախապատրաստել, Վարդապետյանն ինքն է խորհրդարանի ամբիոնից խոստովանել, որ ապօրինի որևէ զենք, որևէ գործիք, երկաթյա աստղեր չեն հայտնաբերել։

Ընդսմին, որքան էլ գործող իշխանությունները փորձեն շարունակել այս ձևով, դատարանում քրեական գործերը պարզապես փլուզվելու են։ Արդեն մասնագետ իրավաբաններն են ապացուցելու գործող իշխանությունների, դատախազության, վարկածների անհեթեթությունը։ Իհարկե, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ինքը հասկանում է, որ մեղադրանքը բացարձակապես կապ չունի իրականության հետ։ Մինչդեռ այս պայմաններում նրա խնդիրը մեկն է՝ ամեն գնով ընդդիմությանը հեռու պահել քաղաքական գործընթացներին մասնակցելուց, ներքաշել նման կեղտոտ իրավական խնդիրների մեջ, հընթացս իր ծրագրած դավադրությունն իրագործելու համար։
