ՀԷՑ-ի դիմադրությունն ահաբեկել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին

Ազգային ժողովն առաջին ընթերցմամբ 65 կողմ, 30 դեմ ձայների հարաբերակցությամբ ընդունեց, ըստ էության, ՀԷՑ-ը պետականացնելուն միտված նախագիծը: Խորհրդարանի արտահերթ նիստում այն արագացված ընթացակարգով է քննարկվում՝ 24-ժամյա ռեժիմով: Ժամեր անց պետք է տեղի ունենա նախագծի երկրորդ ընթերցումը: ՀԷՑ-ը պետականացնելու մտադրության մասին Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց գործարար, բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի ձերբակալությանն ու կալանավորմանը զուգահեռ: Մի քանի օրվա ընթացքում հասցրին նաև օրենսդրական փոփոխությունների նախագիծ մշակել, որով նաև կարող են ժամանակավոր կառավարչի հանձնել ընկերության կառավարումը, եթե այն պատշաճ չկատարի իր պարտականությունները:

Երեկ մինչ Ազգային ժողովը քննարկում էր այս նախագիծը, «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերի» սեփականատեր Սամվել Կարապետյանն ու ընտանիքը զգուշացրին՝ եթե պետական կառույցները նույն կերպ շարունակեն, Հայաստանի դեմ միջազգային արբիտրաժային վարույթ կհարուցվի, և կառավարությունը ստիպված կլինի ամբողջական փոխհատուցում վճարել: Կարապետյանի աջակիցները նաև հուլիսի 4-ին երթ են անցկացնելու Երևանում, ՀԷՑ-ն էլ, որը գրեթե 7 հազար աշխատակից ունի, հայտարարել է, թե պայքարելու է իր իրավունքների համար։

Այս դիմադրությունը խստորեն մտահոգել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին։ Այսօր վաղ առավոտից իրավապահները ներխուժել են Սամվել Կարապետյանին պատկանող «Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խմբի երևանյան գրասենյակ և խուզարկություններ են իրականացվում։ Փաշինյանն էլ գրառում է արել ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում, նշել, թե ՀԷՑ-ի այն աշխատողները, ովքեր իրենց գործը թողած զբաղված են քաղաքական խարդավանքներով, հուլիսին կազատվեն աշխատանքից։ Վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձը սպառնացել է, թե նրանք, ովքեր ՀԷՑ աշխատակիցներին պարտադրում են հավաքների մասնակցել, նաև կդատվեն։ «ՀԷՑ-ի այն աշխատողները, ովքեր դիմադրում են առաջին երկու խմբերին և հավատարիմ են մնում իրենց աշխատանքային պարտականությունների կատարմանը, որևէ խնդիր չեն ունենա։ Նրանք ովքեր առաջին երկու խմբերին չենթարկվելու համար հիմա կազտվեն աշխատանքից, հենց հուլիսին կվերականգնվեն և նրանց բաց թողնված աշխատավարձը կվճարվի»,–գրել է նա։

Սամվել Կարապետյանի պաշտպանության խորհուրդն արձագանքել է Փաշինյանի գրառմանը, նշել, թե «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ՓԲԸ –ի այն աշխատակիցները, որոնք աշխատանքից կազատվեն շինծու պատճառներով, կարող են հանգիստ լինել։ «ՀԷՑ–ի այն աշխատակիցներին, ում կսպառնան մշուշոտ ապագայում աշխատանքից ազատել ինչ-ինչ շինծու պատճառներով, իրենց հասարակական կամ կրոնական համոզմունքների համար, թող հանգիստ լինեն. նրանց աշխատանքային խախտված իրավունքները կվերականգնվեն»,- գրել է պաշտպանության խորհուրդը։ Ավելին, նրանք հայտնել են, որ պարապուրդի ժամանակահատվածում աշխատակիցները կունենան համարժեք պայմաններով աշխատանք: Որքան էլ գործող իշխանությունը տրվի սպառնալիքների գայթակղությանը, փաստ է՝, որ ՀԷՑ-ի պետականացումը չեն մարսելու, իսկ ընկերությունն ու գործարարն ամենևին էլ Փաշինյանի ատամների բանը չեն։
