«Քաղպայմանագրին» թեժ ընտրություններ են սպասվում

Իշխող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունը սեպտեմբերին կայանալիք համագումարին ընդառաջ երեկ հաստատել է կուսակցության վարչության և վերահսկող հանձաժողովի թեկնածուների ցանկը։ Վարչության նիստից հետո տարածված հաղորդագրությունից տեղեկանում ենք, որ վարչության անդամության համար ինքնառաջադրվել է 42 թեկնածու, վերահսկող հանձնաժողովի համար՝ 27։

Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է սեպտեմբերին ընդլայնել վարչության կազմը, նաև այնտեղ ընդգրկել ավելի վերահսկելի, իրեն անվերապահորեն լսող կուսակցականների։ ՔՊ վարչությունն այժմ 15 անդամ ունի, առաջարկվում է այդ թիվը դարձնել 21։ Ընդ որում, վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձի մտքին կա ավելի մեծ թվով կանանց ներգրավել վարչության կազմում։ 42 թեկնածուներից 12-ը կանայք են։ Վարչության գործող անդամ Արփի Դավոյանը նույնիսկ թեկնածուների ցանկում չկա։ ՔՊ-ում հոգացել են, որ ոչ Դավոյանը, ոչ Լուսինե Բադալյանը ցանկում չլինեն։ Բանն այն է, որ վերջիններս ինչ-որ պահի դիմադրել են ՔՊ խմբակցությանն Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի դեմ պայքարում, աջակցել վերջինիս ու անհետացել Փաշինյանի ֆավորիտների ցանկից։

ՔՊ աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, գործող վարչության կազմից մի քանիսին էլ Փաշինյանը չի ցանկանում տեսնել նոր վարչությունում։ Ու թեպետ ժողովրդավարության ծխածածկույթ են փորձում ապահովել՝ թեկնածուների լայն ցանկ ներկայացնելով, Փաշինյանն անձամբ մտադիր է վերահսկել ընտրությունները, անցկացնել իրեն հարմար թեկնածուներին, ցուցակով ընտրություններ կազմակերպել։ Հիշեցնենք, նախորդ համագումարում էլ Պաշտպանության նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանն էր նման փորձ արել՝ թղթեր բաժանելով համագումարի պատվիրակներին, նաև կեղծելով ընտրությունները։ Արդյունքում, Արսեն Թորոսյանի բարձրացրած աղմուկի հետևանքով Հայկ Կոնջորյանն ու Համբարձում Մաթևոսյանը հրաժարվեիցն վարչության կազմում իրենց տեղից։

«Ժողովրդավարության բաստիոնը» նույնիսկ սեփական ընտրություններն արդար անցկացնել չի կարողանում, ուր մնաց՝ համապետական ընտրություններում չկեղծի։
