Ֆրանսիական երկակի ստանդարտները և Մակրոնի համբույրը

Երեկ տեղի է ունեցել վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հեռախոսազրույցը Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնի հետ, քննարկվել են Հայաստան-Ֆրանսիա երկկողմ, տարածաշրջանային և միջազգային օրակարգին վերաբերող հարցեր։ ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմից հայտնում են, թե Փաշինյանը Ֆրանսիայի նախագահին շնորհակալություն է հայտնել հարաբերությունների զարգացման հարցում նրա անձնական ներդրման համար։ Զրուցակիցները պայմանավորվել են մի շարք ուղղություններով ակտիվացնել երկկողմ գործակցությունը։ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահն աջակցություն է հայտնել Հայաստանում ընթացող բարեփոխումների օրակարգին և Հայաստանի Կառավարության որդեգրած խաղաղության ռազմավարությանը։

Շատ ավելի ուշագրավ է Ֆրանսիայի նախագահի գրառումը։ «Ես նրան փոխանցել եմ Ֆրանսիայի համերաշխությունը՝ ընդդեմ հայկական ժողովրդավարությունն ապակայունացնելու փորձերի։ Ես նաև վերահաստատել եմ մեր աջակցությունը՝ Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղություն հաստատելու և Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու ուղղությամբ նրա խիզախ ջանքերին։ Խաղաղությունը և բաց սահմաններն ամբողջ տարածաշրջանի համար կդառնան կարևոր զարգացում և օրինակ այլոց համար»,- նշել է Մակրոնը։

Դիվանագիտական լեզվից թարգմանած՝ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահը փաստացի աջակցություն է հայտնել Փաշինյանին՝ եկեղեցու և ընդդիմության դեմ բռնաճնշումների հարցում։ Օրենքի և իրավունքի խախտումները չեն դատապարտվել, ընդհակառակը, պաշտոնական Փարիզը մի բան էլ աջակցել է Փաշինյանի ապօրինություններին։ Մակրոնը, մեծ հաշվով, միակ արևմտյան առաջնորդն է, որ բացեիբաց ցույց է տալիս Եվրոպայի երկակի ստանդարտները, մյուս պետությունները նույնպես բերանները ջուր են առել, որևէ բառ չեն ասել «ժողովրդավարության բաստիոնի» հակաժողովրդավարական քայլերի կապակցությամբ։ Կարևորը նրանց համար, իհարկե, հակառուսական հիստերիա բարձրացնելն է, տարբեր մարդկանց գործակալ հռչակելն ու հետապնդումների ենթարկելը։ Իսկ ժողովրդավարության մասին կհիշեն այլ, ավելի հարմար առիթներով։
