Փաշինյանը չի մարսի Միքայել Աջապահյանի կալանքը

Շիրակի թեմի առաջնորդ Միքայել արքեպիսկոպոս Աջապահյանը երկու ամսով կալանավորվել է՝ իբր հեղաշրջման կոչեր անելու համար։ Գործող իշխանությունը նախապես հոգացել էր, որ այլ վճիռ չկայացվի, Աջապահյանի կալանքի հարցը քննելու ծանրությունը դրել էին տխրահռչակ դատավոր Մասիս Մելքոնյանի «վտիտ» ուսերին։ «Հանրապետություն» կուսակցության նախկին անդամը տակավին օրեր առաջ կալանքի որոշում էր կայացրել ՀԱԵ մեկ այլ ազդեցիկ սպասավորի՝ Բագրատ Սրբազանի համար։

Գործի նյութերում միայն 2023 թ. Միքայել Սրբազանի մի հայտարարությունն էր, թե պատերազմի ժամանակ հարկավոր էր ռազմական հեղաշրջում անել։ Վարչախմբի կարած գործն անյքնան փնթի և ակնհայտ քաղաքական է, որ ապշեցրել է նույնիսկ իշխանությանը մերձ իրավապաշտպաններին։ «Իրազեկ քաղաքացիների միավորում» ՀԿ ծրագրերի համակարգող Դանիել Իոաննիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան գրառում է կատարել՝ նշելով, որ Միքայել արքեպիսկոպոս Աջապահյանի` ռազմական հեղաշրջման կոչի դեպքով հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում էին ներկայացրել դեռ անցած տարի, ընդգծելով, որ այն ժամանակ մերժել էին` պնդելով, որ հանցակազմ չկա։ «Դատախազությությունն ու ԱԱԾ-ն անցյալ տարի պնդում էին, որ Աջապահյանի հարցազրույցում չկա այնպիսի «գործողություն, որին ողջամտորեն կարող է տրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ նախատեսված արարքին համապատասխանելու նախնական իրավական գնահատական»։ Իսկ մեկ տարի անց դատախազությունը հանկարծ հիշել էր, որ հանցակազմ կա։

Այդուհանդերձ, արքեպիսկոպոսների կալանավորումը հերթական անգամ փաստում է, որ հողը Փաշինյանի ոտքերի տակից փախչում է։ Թեպետ ինքը՝ Միքայել Աջապահյանը երեկ հրաժարվել է խորհրդարանական ընդդիմության առաջարկից, հորդորել իր անունը չշահարկել վարչապետի թեկնածուների ցանկում, փաստ է, որ այս պահին միայն երկու մարդ կարող է համախմբել հասարակությանն ընդդեմ ապիկար իշխանությունների՝ Միքայել Սրբազանն ու Սամվել Կարապետյանը։ Վաղ թե ուշ հանրային լայն համախմբումը կայանալու է, իսկ փաշինյանները, մասիս մելքոնյաններն ու վարչախմբի այլ ներկայացուցիչներ իրենք են կանգնելու դատարանի առջև։
