Վեհափառ Հայրապետը իրեն այցելած եւ իր հետ հեռաձայնային հաղորդակցութեամբ կապ հաստատած հայ քաղաքական կուսակցութիւններու ներկայացուցիչներուն։ Նորին Սրբութիւնը փոխանցած է, որ ներկայ կացութիւնը, ներքին թէ արտաքին, ահաւոր վտանգներու դիմաց կրնայ դնել Հայաստանը եւ զայն առաջնորդել անդառնալի իրավիճակներու: Անհրաժեշտ է, որ մեր գերագոյն ճիգը թափենք՝ առաջքը առնելու նման վտանգալից պայմաններու յառաջացման: Եկեղեցին, իր կարգին, կոչուած է իրեն առնչուած հարցերը քննել եւ համապատասխան լուծումներ որոնել, ինչպէս պետութիւնը, իր կարգին, իրեն հետ աղերս ունեցող հարցերուն պէտք է մօտենայ համապատասխան կերպով՝ հեռու մնալով առաւել բարդութիւններ ու բեւեռացումներ ստեղծող քայլերէ: Հարկ է յարգել պետութեան օրէնքները, միաժամանակ՝ եկեղեցւոյ հեղինակութիւնը, եւ իր հարցերը ներքին ճամբով քննելու իրաւունքը: Անհրաժեշտ է մանաւանդ հեռու մնալ այնպիսի լեզուի ու ոճի գործածութենէ եւ մօտեցումներէ, որոնք չեն համապատասխաներ մեր հոգեւոր, ազգային ու բարոյական արժէքներուն ու արժեչափերուն: Հետեւաբար, ՆԵՐԿԱՅ ԲԱՐԴ ԻՐԱՎԻՃԱԿԷՆ ԴՈՒՐՍ ԳԱԼՈՒ ԱՌԱՋԻՆ ՀԱՆԳՐՈՒԱՆԸ ՊԷՏՔ Է ԸԼԼԱՅ ԴԱԴՐԵՑՆԵԼ ԱՄԷՆ ՏԵՍԱԿ ՀՐԱՊԱՐԱԿԱՅԻՆ ԱՐՏԱՅԱՅՏՈՒԹԻՒՆՆԵՐ:

Նաեւ ցաւով իմացանք պետական իաւապահ մարմիններու ոյժերուն Սուրբ Էջմիածին մուտքի եւ հոն ստեղծուած անընդունելի կացութեան մասին: Մենք կը դատապարտենք նման քայլեր: Անհրաժեշտ է յարգել մեր սրբավայրերը՝ երկիւղած մօտեցումով: Նաեւ կոչ կ՚ուղղենք պետական պատկան մարմիններուն, ձերբակալութիւններու արշաւը դադրեցնելու եւ հանդարտամտութեամբ մօտենալու հակաօրինական նկատուող կացութիւններու ու պարագաներու:

Ներկայ բարդ կացութենէն դուրս գալու եւ, որպէս առաջին քայլ, հրապարակային յայտարարութիւնները դադրեցնելու գծով Վեհափառ Հայրապետը իր խորհրդակցութիւնները պիտի շարունակէ կուսակցութիւններու ու կազմակերպութիւններու, բնականաբար նաեւ Հայաստանի իշխանութեան հետ, որպէսզի կարելի դառնայ յառաջիկայի նոր բարդութիւններու առաջքը առնել եւ հանդարտ մթնոլորտի մէջ հարցերու լուծման ճամբաներ որոնել՝ փոխադարձ հասկացողութեան ու յարգանքի մթնոլորտի մէջ:
