ՀԷՑ-ը «խլելու օպերացիան» մտավ գործնական փուլ

«Հայաստանի Էլեկտրական Ցանցեր» ընկերությունը, գործարար բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանից խլելու օպերացիան, անցել է գործնական փուլ։ Կառավարության նիստում երեկ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, թե պետությունը պետք է շատ արագ վերցնի ՀԷՑ ՓԲԸ կառավարումը և հետագա գործընթացները պետականացման և ընկերության կառավարման արդյունավետության ուղղությամբ պետք է արագ և արդյունավետ իրականացնել։

«Իհարկե, հարցը քաղաքական մակարդակով մենք քննարկել ենք»,- ասել է Փաշինյանը, հավելել, թե Ազգային ժողովում «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության անունից շրջանառության մեջ է դրվել օրենսդրական նախաձեռնություն, որով կառավարությունը փաստացի մտադիր է վերցնել ՀԷՑ-ի կառավարումն իր ձեռքը։

Ավելին, Փաշինյանը նշում է, որ գործընթացը մի փուլով չի լինելու։ «Տաշիր գրուպի» սեփականատեր Սամվել Կարապետյանի՝ եկեղեցուն պաշտպանող հայտարարությունից ու նրա կալանավորումից անմիջապես հետո Փաշինյանը հայտարարել էր, որ ՀԷՑ-ը պետականացնելու/ազգայնացնելու են։ Այժմ արդեն Փաշինյանն անցնում է դրա իրագործման գործնական փուլ, ընդ որում, մեր տեղեկություններով, նույնիսկ կառավարությունում շատերը զարմացած և դժգոհ են Փաշինյանի այս գործողություններից՝ հասկանալով, որ դա ծանրագույն հետևանքներ է ունենալու Հայաստանի համար։

Բայց Փաշինյանը քաղաքական հակառակորդներին վնասելու իր մարմաջի մեջ ոչնչի առջև կանգ առնել չի պատրաստվում և գնալու է մինչև վերջ։ «Քաղպայմանագրի» պատգամավորներն էլ նույնիսկ դժգոհություն ունենալու դեպքում միաձայն դակելու են այն, ինչ իրենցից պահանջում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, և սա որևէ կերպ կասկած չի հարուցում։ Իհարկե, Հայաստան պետությունը հետագայում է լուրջ խնդիրներ ունենալու միջազգային արբիտրաժային կամ այլ դատարաններում, եթե ՀԷՑ-ի սեփականատերը որոշի հայց ներկայացնել։ Բայց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին այսրոպեական արդյունքն է հարկավոր։
