ՌԴ մուտք գործելու նոր կանոններ կսահմանվեն

2025 թ. հունիսի 30-ից մինչև 2026 թ. հունիսի 30-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության պետական սահմանի բոլոր անցակետերում կներդրվի մուտքի և ելքի փորձնական կարգ՝ օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների և քաղաքացիություն չունեցող անձանց համար։

Համաձայն սահմանված կանոնների՝ օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիները և քաղաքացիություն չունեցող անձինք, որոնք նախատեսում են մուտք գործել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն վիզա չպահանջող եղանակով, նախքան այդպիսի մուտք գործելը, պետք է անցնեն գրանցման ընթացակարգը Միասնական նույնականացման համակարգում և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն նախատեսվող մուտք գործելուց ոչ ուշ, քան 72 ժամ առաջ «ruID» բջջային հավելվածի միջոցով էլեկտրոնային եղանակով ներկայացնեն դիմում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն մուտք գործելու մասին (արտակարգ դեպքերում՝ ոչ ուշ, քան 4 ժամ առաջ):

Սույն ընթացակարգը պարտադիր է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության պետական սահմանը առանց վիզայի ռեժիմով հատող օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների համար, բացառությամբ օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների հետևյալ կատեգորիաների.
Բելառուսի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներ;
դիվանագիտական և ծառայողական անձնագրեր ունեցողներ;
6 տարին չլրացած օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիները և քաղաքացիություն չունեցող անձինք:

Նոր կարգի վերաբերյալ մանրամասն տեղեկատվությունը հասանելի է «Գոսուսլուգի» կայքում:

«ruID» բջջային հավելվածը հասանելի է հավելվածի պաշտոնական հարթակներում:

Նշենք, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն մուտք գործելու կարգը վիզային ռեժիմով, այդ թվում՝ միասնական էլեկտրոնային վիզայով, մնում է անփոփոխ:
