Ռուսաստանի կոշտ զգուշացումը՝ ՀՀ իշխանություններին

Օրերս Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում կայացած համաժողովում Ռուսաստանը հերթական զգուշացումներն է արել Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններին, փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկի գնահատականներով, արդեն տարեվերջին երկրները մոտ 6 միլիարդ դոլար կկորցնեն, քանի որ Եվրամիության հետ Հայաստանի մերձեցումը բացասաբար է անդրադառնում Ռուսաստանի հետ փոխադարձ ապրանքաշրջանառության ցուցանիշների վրա։ Ավելին, Օվերչուկը նշել է, թե Ռուսաստանը մտավախություն ունի, որ Հայաստանի խորացող եվրոպական ինտեգրացիան կարող է հանգեցնել իր օդային տարածքի փակմանը ռուսական ինքնաթիռների համար։

«Եվրամիությունը փակել է իր երկինքը ռուսական ինքնաթիռների համար, արդյոք Հայաստանը նույնպես կփակի՞ իր երկինքը։ Եթե դուք միանաք Եվրամիությանը, ապա այո՛, քանի որ Բրյուսելը ձեզ կասի փակել երկինքը, և դուք կփակեք այն, և այլընտրանք չեք ունենա։ Ու ի՞նչ»,- հարցրել է Օվերչուկը։

Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղար Մարիա Զախարովան նախօրեին էր զգուշացրել Հայաստանի ԵԱՏՄ-ից դուրս գալու գործնական հետևանքների մասին։ Զախարովայի խոսքով, եթե Հայաստանը միանա Եվրամիությանը, ապա կկորցնի ԵԱՏՄ-ի շրջանակներում ապրանքների և ծառայությունների ազատ տեղաշարժի հնարավորությունը, ինչը կհանգեցնի մաքսատուրքերի բարձրացման, սպառողների մոտ գների բարձրացման և ազգային արտադրանքի մրցունակության նվազման։ Հայաստանը կկորցնի նաև իր առավելություններն աշխատանքային ու տեխնիկական կարգավորման, սանիտարական և բուսասանիտարական ստանդարտների ու այլ ոլորտներում։

Նշենք, որ այս զգուշացումներն առանձնապես տեղեկատվական առիթ չունեին։ Փաշինյանն ընդամենը մի քանի օր առաջ թեթև անդրադարձել էր ԵԱՏՄ-ԵՄ խնդրին, նշել, որ ինքն էլ հասկանում է՝ միաժամանակ այդ 2 կազմակերպություններում լինել հնարավոր չէ, և վաղ թե ուշ Հայաստանը պետք է ընտրություն կատարի։ Ուստի, Ռուսաստանի այս զգուշացումները պարզապես քաղաքականության կոշտացման արդյունք են։ Մոսկվան, ինչպես և սպասելի էր, քայլ առ քայլ կոշտացնում է իր դիրքորոշումը Հայաստանի նկատմամբ, և՛դա ոչ միայն քաղաքական հայտարարությունների մակարդակով, այլ նաև նյութական ու տնտեսական հետևանքներ կարող է ունենալ։ Թե որքան հեռու կգնա Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների եվրոպական նկրտումը, այնքան էլ Հայաստանի համար «ծանր հետևանքներ» կունենան։ Մինչդեռ մինչ օրս ոչ գործող իշխանությունները և ոչ էլ հաստիքային արևմտամետները որևէ կերպ չեն պարզաբանել, թե ինչ տնտեսական հաշվարկներից են օգտվել Հայաստանը դեպի Եվրոպա քարշ տալու իրենց ծրագրերում։
