Այց Թուրքիա՝ ոչնչի՞ մասին

Երեկ կայացավ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի աշխատանքային այցը Թուրքիա, ու թեպետ գործող իշխանությունը և նրա քարոզչամեքենան փորձում էին համոզել, թե սա պատմական այց է լինելու իր արդյունքներով, ակնհայտ է, որ առանձնակի որևէ արդյունք այդպես էլ չի գրանցվել, որևէ բան չի ստորագրվել, պայմանավորվածությունների մասին ոչինչ էլ հայտնի չէ։

Պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությունները, որ տարածել են հայկական և թուրքական կողմերը, ընդամենը, նշում են, որ քննարկվել են կառուցողական երկխոսության շարունակականության և «կոնկրետ արդյունքների հասնելու կարևորությունը», նշում են, որ Փաշինյանն ու Էրդողանն անդրադարձել են տարածաշրջանային իրադարձություններին և այդ համատեքստում երկկողմ համագործակցության հնարավոր ուղղություններին։ Ըստ թուրքական լրատվամիջոցների՝ Էրդողանը հայտնել է, որ Անկարան կօգտագործի բոլոր դիվանագիտական միջոցները ոչ միայն Կովկասում, այլև ամբողջ տարածաշրջանում կայունություն հաստատելու համար։

Դեռ Փաշինյանի այցից առաջ տեղեկություններ են շրջանառվում, որ քննարկելու են այսպես կոչված «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» հարցը։ Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանն ամենևին էլ չեն դադարեցրել այդ միջանցքը պահանջելու իրենց քաղաքականությունը։ Ընդամենը մեկ տողով Հայաստանի վարչապետի աշխատակազմը նշում է, թե մտքեր են փոխանակվել Հայաստան Ադրբեջան խաղաղության գործընթացի, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ կառավարության «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» նախագծի շուրջ։ «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկն» այն մեռելածին նախագիծն է, որ Փաշինյանն առաջարկում է «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» փոխարեն։ Չի բացառվում, որ Փաշինյանն Էրդողանին էլ փորձել է համոզել հավանություն տալ իր նախագծին, և այդ մասին հատուկ շեշտադրում են անում պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության մեջ, բայց թուրքական կողմը որևէ բառ այդ մասին չի նշում։ Ավելին, թուրքական լրատվամիջոցներն էլ զուսպ փաստում են, որ առանձնակի արդյունքներ այս այցից սպասել չարժե։

Daily Sabah իշխանական թերթն ու Anadolu պետական գործակալությունը նշում է, որ Թուրքիան շարունակում է կապել Հայաստանի հետ կարգավորումը Երևանի և Բաքվի միջև խաղաղության պայմանագրի առաջընթացի հետ։ Իհարկե, չի բացառվում, որ որոշակի պայմանավորվածությունների հանգել են, ինչ-որ բաներ Էրդողանը պարտադրել կամ բացատրել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, բայց հրապարակային առումով ոչինչ չի հաղորդվում։ Ըստ էության, գաղտնի ու դավադիր պայմանավորվածությունների մասին կարելի կլինի դատել՝ առաջիկա զարգացումներին հետևելով։
