ԶՊՄԿ-ն նոր նախաձեռնություն է սկսում կրթական ոլորտում

«Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի և ԵՊՀ-ի միջև կնքվեց համագործակցության հուշագիր՝ ընդլայնելու կողմերի միջև գործակցային կապերը։ Հուշագրի շրջանակում նախատեսվում է իրականացնել երկրաբանական, հիդրոլոգիական, հիդրոերկրաբանական և մի շարք այլ հետազոտություններ, այդ թվում՝ հանքարդյունաբերության ազդեցության գնահատում: Հուշագիրը հնարավորություն է ընձեռում կազմակերպելու ԵՊՀ ուսանողների մասնագիտական պրակտիկաները ԶՊՄԿ արտադրությունում և լաբորատորիաներում։ Համագործակցության շրջանակում ակնկալվում է մասնագետների փոխանակում, այն է՝ հյուր դասախոսությունների շրջանակում ԶՊՄԿ մասնագետները կընդգրկվեն համալսարանական կրթական ծրագրերում, իսկ ԵՊՀ կադրերը կներգրավվեն ԶՊՄԿ մասնագիտական աշխատանքներում:

Հուշագրով նախատեսվում է նաև գիտապրակտիկ լաբորատորիա հիմնել ԵՊՀ աշխարհագրության և երկրաբանության ֆակուլտետի՝ շուրջ 355 քմ մակերեսով առանձնացված տարածքում, որի վերանորոգման և կահավորման աշխատանքները կիրականացնի ԶՊՄԿ բարեգործական հիմնադրամը։

ԶՊՄԿ ընկերությունն իր որդեգրած սոցիալական քաղաքականության շրջանակում կրթական ոլորտը միշտ որպես առաջնահերթություն է դիտարկել, կրթության որակի բարձրացմանը նպաստելու համար սահմանել ուսման վճարների փոխհատուցման սահմանված չափ` համաձայն ուսանողի առաջադիմության: 2022 թվականին ընկերությունը շուրջ 1475 ուսանողի ուսման վարձ է փոխհատուցել 318 մլն դրամի սահմաններում, իսկ 2023 թվականի հունվարից՝ ավելի քան 1632 ուսանողի ուսման վարձ՝ 302 մլն դրամի սահմաններում: Ընկերությունը մեծ աջակցություն և հոգածություն է ցուցաբերում կրթական բնագավառին (կրթական հաստատությունների ենթակառուցվածքների բարելավում, ուսման վարձերի փոխհատուցում, լաբորատորիաների հիմնում, բուհերի հետ համագործակցություն, կրթական ֆորմալ-ոչ ֆորմալ ծրագրերի ֆինանսավորում և այլն) ու 2023 թ․ ընթացքում ԶՊՄԿ-ն կրթական ծրագրերի համար հատկացրել է 759.265 000 մլն ՀՀ դրամ։

Վերջին տարիներին նաև Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը դարձել է առավել գրավիչ կրթական և ճանաչողական այցերի համար։ 2018-2023 թվականներին Ընկերությունն ընդունել է 1182 այցելու, մինչդեռ միայն 2024 թվականին՝ ավելի քան կրկնակի՝ 2558։ Սա վկայում է այն մասին, որ ԶՊՄԿ-ն ոչ միայն պատրաստակամորեն ընդունում է ուսանողների, դպրոցականների, ինչպես նաև մասնագիտական խմբերի՝ խրախուսելով պատանիներին մասնագիտական կողմնորոշման հարցում, այլև բաց է՝ ոլորտի մասնագետներին փոխանցելու տասնամյակներով հաստատված հարուստ փորձը։ Այցելությունների ընթացքում հյուրերը հնարավորություն են ստանում ծանոթանալու կոմբինատի գործունեության հիմնական ուղղություններին, տեխնոլոգիական գործընթացներին, բնապահպանական քաղաքականությանը և աշխատակիցների առօրյային։
