Ավինյանի հայրը ավագանու անդամին համբալ չի համարում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երևանի ավագանու «Մայր Հայաստան» խմբակցության անդամ Գրիգոր Իսկանդարյանը «գեղի «Opel»-ներով համբալներ» արտահայտության համար դեռևս տարեսկզբին դատի է տվել քաղաքապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի հորը` Արմեն Ավինյանին։ Ի դեպ, Իսկանդարյանն էլ «Opel» ունի, և նա «Opel»-ների վարորդներին կոչ էր արել հանդես գալ համանման հայցով: Նշենք, որ ավագանու անդամը պահանջում է որպես վիրավորանքի հատուցում խորհրդանշական գումար՝ 500 հազար դրամ:

Օրերս կայացել է դատական նիստը, իսկ Արմեն Ավինյանի փաստաբանը ներկայացրել է իր վստահորդի հայտարարությունը, որտեղ նշվում է, թե գործ ունենք «Ավինյանների ընտանիքի բարի համբավի հաշվին «աղմկահարույց» դատական գործընթացի միջոցով սեփական անձին հայտնիություն ապահովելու, սեփական վարկանիշը բարձրացնելու փորձ կատարելու» հետ: Ըստ Արմեն Ավինյանի, «պատճառներից հիմնականը ուրիշի հաշվին գումար վաստակելու պատեհ առիթը բաց չթողնելն է»:

Որպես օրինակ է բերվում այն, որ 2023 թվականին, երբ արցախցիները բռնի տեղահանվեցին իրենց տներից, ու ՀՀ կառավարությունը մեր հայրենակիցներին սնունդով, ժամանակավոր կացարանով և անհրաժեշտ բժշկական օգնությամբ ապահովելու նպատակով սկսեց իրականացնել մի շարք ծրագրեր, որոնք ուղված էին բռնի տեղահանված անձանց կարիքները հոգալուն, «Գրիգոր Իսկանդարյանը և իր կինը՝ Ռեբեկա Առաքել յանը, բնակվելով Երևանում և համատեղ ունենալով կանխիկ 18 մլն ՀՀ դրամ, չեն խորշել դիմել և ստանալ կարիք ունեցող բռնի տեղահանված անձանց համար նախատեսված օգնությունը, ընդ որում՝ երբեմն ամսական նույնիսկ 10.000 դրամ գումարի չափով՝ դրանով իսկ նվազեցնելով պետության հատկացրած այն գումարը, որով պետք է ապահովվեր իրական կարիք ունեցող անձանց գոյատևումը»:

Վերջում Ավինյանը հայտարարում է. «Հայցվորին սույն հայցադիմումը ներկայացնելուց առաջ ես չեմ ճանաչել և նրա մասին որևէ կարծիք չեմ ունեցել, ուստի համբալ չեմ համարել: Հայցադիմումի ներկայացումից հետո միայն տեղեկացել եմ նման անձի գոյության մասին, ինչպես նաև տեղեկացել եմ նշված և ներկայումս չբարձրաձայնվող այլ փաստերին, որոնց հիման վրա հայցվորի մասին ձևավորել եմ հստակ կարծիք: Ներկայումս պնդում եմ, որ նա միանշանակ համբալ չէ, սակայն ձևավորված կարծիքս այս փուլում բարձրաձայնելը նպատակահարմար չեմ համարում: Փաստորեն, Իսկանդարյանը հերթական օգնությունը ստանալու մոլուցքի պատճառով իրեն նույնացրել է իմ խոսքում նշված անձի հետ՝ յուրաքանչյուրի փոխարեն դառնալով միակ քանակական միավորը»:
