Բրիտանական նոր դավադրություն՝ Հայաստանի դեմ

Բրիտանական արտաքին հետախուզության պետի պաշտոնում ծագումով վրացի Բլեյզ Մետրևելիի նշանակումը և Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանում Մեծ Բրիտանիայի չափազանց ակտիվացումը նոր վտանգներ է սպառնում Հայաստանին։ Մամուլում բազմիցս գրվել է, որ Հայաստանի արտաքին հետախուզության ծառայությունը, որ բացվեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի օրոք, համակարգվում է հենց բրիտանական հատուկ ծառայությունների կողմից։ Մարդու իրավունքների նախկին պաշտպան Քրիստինե Գրիգորյանին էլ նշանակեցին պետի պաշտոնում, իսկ մինչ այդ նա հատուկ ուսումնառություն էր անցել հենց բրիտանական գաղտնի ծառայությունների հսկողությամբ։

Նույն այդ բրիտանական ՄԻ6-ի մի ֆիլյալ էլ Ադրբեջանի հետախուզությունն է, մասամբ նաև Թուրքիայի։ Ժամանակին Փաշինյանը հանդիպումներ էր ունենում բրիտանական հետախուզության հեռացող պետի՝ Ռիչարդ Մուրի հետ։ Առայժմ տեղեկություններ չկա արդյոք հանդիպում կունենա՞ Բլեյզ Մետրևելիի հետ, թե՞ ոչ, բայց կապը գործում է անխափան՝ Հայաստանի արտաքին հետախուզության ծառայության միջոցով։ Եվ Փաշինյանին տեղեկացրել են, որ Իսրայելը հարվածելու է Իրանին։ Նախօրոք զգուշացրել էին, որ եթե զարգացումներն ավելի խորանան, Հայաստանի և Իրանի սահմանը պետք է փակվի, բայց մինչ այդ մի փոքր նրբություն կա։

Մասնավորապես, բրիտանական հետախուզությունը, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, Փաշինյանին հանձնարարել է սահմանը բաց թողնել, որպեսզի Հայաստանի տարածք փախստականների անվան տակ լցվեն Իրանում բնակվող ադրբեջանցիները։ Սկզբի համար, այդ փախստականների համար կարող են վրանային ավաններ կառուցել, հայտարարել, թե իբր ժամանակավոր է, բայց իշխանությունները պատրաստվում են, որ այդ «փախստականները» գալու և մնալու են հենց Հայաստանում բավականին երկար ժամանակ։

Դրանով է պայմանավորված, որ Փաշինյանն ու իր կինը վերջին շրջանում 3-4 այց են արել Սյունիք, անունը դրել, թե իբր մասնակցում են «Կրթվելը նորաձև է» արշավին, մինչդեռ փորձում են նախադրյալներ ստեղծել ադրբեջանցիներին Հայաստան տեղափոխելու, «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի» կոնցեպտը գործնականում իրականացնելու համար։ Սրանով է պայմանավորված նաև, որ հայկական իշխանությունները հետևողականորեն չեն թողնում ռուսների մուտքը Սյունիք, հրաժարվում են գլխավոր հյուպատոսություն բացել արդեն գրեթե 3 տարի, և Փաշինյանն էլ ամեն ինչ անում է, որպեսզի Սյունիքում ավելացնի ադրբեջանական ազդեցությունը և ներկայությունը, որպեսզի «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» հարցն ավելի հեշտ լինի լուծել։
