Կոնվերս Բանկը համագործակցում է IFC-ի հետ առևտրի ֆինանսավորման կարողությունների հզորացման նպատակով

Կոնվերս Բանկը Միջազգային Ֆինանսական Կորպորացիայից (IFC) ստացել է առևտրի ֆինանսավորման գիծ: Համաձայնագիրը կնքվել է հունիսի 16-ին Վիեննայում` IFC-ի Եվրոպայում ֆինանսական հաստատությունների խմբի տարածաշրջանային մենեջեր Էտլևա Կոկայի և Կոնվերս Բանկի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Անդրանիկ Գրիգորյանի կողմից:

Համաձայնագիրը միտված է Բանկի կողմից Հայաստանում ներմուծողների և արտահանողների աջակցության ամրապնդմանը և Բանկի կարողությունների հզորացմանը, ինչը թույլ կտա տրամադրել ավելի լավ ֆինանսական լուծումներ՝ խրախուսելով միջազգային առևտուրը և ողջ աշխարհում առևտրով զբաղվող հաճախորդներին գլոբալ շուկաներ մուտքի հնարավորություն ընձեռելով:

Համագործակցությունը վկայում է առևտրի զարգացած հնարավորությունների և ռիսկերի բարելավված կառավարման միջոցով տնտեսական աճը խթանելու հարցում Կոնվերս Բանկի հանձնառության մասին:

Կոնվերս Բանկի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Անդրանիկ Գրիգորյանն ասել է. «Այս նոր համագործակցությամբ IFC-ն դառնում է Կոնվերս Բանկի առանցքային գործընկերներից մեկը առևտրի ֆինանսավորման հարցում: Մենք համոզված ենք, որ այս համագործակցությունը կմեծացնի Բանկի ներկայությունը միջազգային առևտրի ֆինանսավորման շուկայում և կդիրքավորի մեզ որպես վստահելի ֆինանսական գործընկեր այն բիզնեսների համար, որոնք ձգտում են գլոբալ ընդլայնման: Սա, իր հերթին, կնպաստի Հայաստանի բիզնես միջավայրի և տնտեսության զարգացմանը»:

Էտլևա Կոկան կարևորել է կառույցի՝ Հայաստանի բանկային ոլորտի հետ գործընկերության շրջանակներում իրականացվող շարունակական ծրագրերը: Դրանք ներառում են աջակցություն միկրո, փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկություններին, կին ձեռներեցների հզորացմանը և կանաչ ֆինանսավորմանը միտված նախաձեռնություններին:

Նա նշել է. «Կոնվերս Բանկի հետ այս նոր գործընկերության նպատակն է խթանել առևտրի ֆինանսավորումը Հայաստանում, ինչը տնտեսական աճի և աշխատատեղերի ստեղծման առանցքային շարժիչ ուժ է: Համաշխարհային շուկաներին հասանելիության ընդլայնման և տեղական բիզնեսներին աջակցելու միջոցով այս համագործակցությունը ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծում է IFC-ի հանձնառությունը՝ օժանդակելու Հայաստանի կայուն զարգացմանն ու տնտեսական դիմադրողականությանը»:

Նշենք, որ սա համագործակցության երկրորդ համաձայնագիրն է, որը ստորագրվել է Կոնվերս Բանկի հետ վերջին ամիսներին: Անցյալ տարվա վերջին ստորագրված համաձայնագրի շրջանակում IFC-ն Բանկին տրամադրեց երաշխիք՝ 10 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարին համարժեք վարկային պորտֆելի վերադարձելիության ռիսկը 50%-ով չեզոքացնելու համար, ինչով նպաստեց ՓՄՁ ֆինանսավորման կարողությունների ընդլայնմանը:
