Ինչպե՞ս վայելել ամառն ամբողջությամբ

Ասենք, որ կարիք չկա ամբողջ ամառը կառուցել միայն արձակուրդի օրերի ու ճամփորդության շուրջ, իսկ դրանից առաջ ու հետո ոչինչ չանել։ Անգամ մեկ օրվա ընթացքում կարող եք հանգստանալ, ամառային ակտիվ զբաղմունքով լցնել օրը՝ զուգահեռ աշխատանքային առօրյային։
