«Եթե փնթի ինֆորմացիան սպորտ լիներ, Չախոյանը օլիմպիական չեմպիոն կլիներ». Քանաքեռ- Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի պատասխանը՝ բլոգերին

Քանաքեռ- Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Արտակ Հովակիմյանի ձեռքին է «Դավիթ Անհաղթի» զբոսայգու կադաստրային փաստաթուղթը: Համայնքային իշխանության համառ ու հետևողական ջանքերի շնորհիվ տասնամյակներ շարունակ տարբեր կազմակերպությունների երկարաժամկետ հատկացված այս տարածքը վերադարձվել է համայնքին: Հիմա ակտիվ շինարարական աշխատանքներ են իրականացվում: Դրանք նոր չէ, որ մեկնարկել են: Նախ զբոսայգին տնօրինող կազմակերպության հետ են ձեռք բերել պայմանավորվածություն, որ երկուստեք կիրականացնեն բարեկարգումը, բայց հետագայում տվյալ կազմակերպությունը չի իրականացրել իր պարտավորությունները: Իրավական ճանապարհով վերջապես համայնքային հողը վերադարձրել են համայնքին:

 Արտակ Հովակիմյանի խոսքով՝ կառուցել են ջրահեռացման համակարգ, խմելու ջուր ու էլեկտրականություն են քաշել, արված աշխատանքների մեծ մասն իր բնորոշմամբ հողի տակ է, մնացած աշխատանքներն են լայն թափով են ընթանում: Նախորդ տարվա հոկտեմբերից դադարեցրել են շինաշխանտանքները, իրենց նպատակը որոկյալ արդյունք ունենալն է, եղել, գարնանն էլ եղանակային պայմանները բարենպաստ չեն եղել, որ աշխատանքները ակտիվ ընթանան:

Նշենք, որ զբոսայգում ընթացող շինաշխատանքներն ու տրված ժամկետների վերաբերյալ հայտարարություններին էր անդրադարձել բլոգեր Արթուր  Չախոյանը, հայտարարելով՝ թե սահմանված ժամկետում շինաշխատանքները չեն իրականացվել: Հովակիմյանին հարցրեցինք, ինչու է այդպես:

Շինաշխատանքների ավարտի ժամկետ կա, բայց վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարն այն չի բարձրաձայնում, կարճ ասում է՝ իրենց նպատակն էլ է մեկ օր շուտ բարեկարգված, լուսավոր ու մաքուր զբոսայգին դարձնել Քանաքեռ- Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանի բնակիչների ամենօրյա այցի վայր: Այն շատ չի ուշանա, աշխատանքների մեծ մասն ավարտված է, կարևորը՝ որակով, որին ինքն ամձամբ է հետևում:
