Դժnխային իրադարձությունների միջով անցնելով՝ հիմա ստացել ենք շանս՝ ապահովելու մեր պետության հարատևությունը. Նիկոլ Փաշինյան (տեսանյութ)

Երբ մենք հարցերը դիտարկում ենք իրական Հայաստանի գաղափարախոսության տեսակետից, տեսնում ենք, որ մեր երկիրն այսօր գտնվում է բավականին լավ և հեռանկարային վիճակում։ Այս մասին կառավարության նիստում ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

«Իմ գնահատականն այն է, որ մենք՝ դժոխային իրադարձությունների միջով անցնելով, հիմա հասել ենք մի կետի, երբ մեր պատմության մեջ ստացել ենք այսպիսի շանս՝ ապահովելու մեր պետության հարատևությունը առաջիկա հարյուրամյակների համար, մի շանս, որը երբեք չենք ունեցել։ Իհարկե, ակնհայտ է, որ կան նաև սպառնալիքներ։ Այդ սպառնալիքները միշտ էլ եղել են, և այսօր էլ շարունակում են մնալ։ Ոչ մի նոր սպառնալիք չկա։ Տարբերությունն այն է, որ այսօր մենք այդ սպառնալիքները կառավարելու հնարավորություն ենք ստացել՝ տնտեսական և գործնական առումով»,-ասաց նա։

Վարչապետի խոսքով՝ այստեղ նորությունն այն է, որ գոյություն ունեցող սպառնալիքներին հակակշիռ են դարձել անհավանական հեռանկարներ՝ թե՛ տնտեսական, թե՛ քաղաքական, թե՛ միջազգային ոլորտներում։

«2026 թվականին Հայաստանում տեղի է ունենալու Եվրոպական քաղաքական համայնքի գագաթաժողովը։ Հա դե, գագաթաժողով է՝ տեղի է ունենալու, ի՞նչ կա որ։ Աշնանը տեղի է ունենալու COP կենսաբազմազանության COP17 համաժողովը։ Հա դե, COP17, լավ, օքեյ, տեղի է ունենալու, բայց... բայց կործանվում ենք, այո, կործանվում ենք։ NVIDIA-ն ու մյուս ընկերությունները 500 միլիոնի ներդրում են անում՝ ներդրում չկա Հայաստանում։ Ոչ մի։ Ներդրումները փախչում են Հայաստանից։ Եվ այլն, և այլն»,-ասաց նա՝ հեգնանքով անդրադառնալով ներդրումների վերաբերյալ քննադատություններին։

Փաշինյանը նաև նշեց, որ COP 17-ը Հայաստան է եկել քվեարկության արդյունքում։ «Սովորաբար, այսպիսի համաժողովների դեպքում երկրները նախապես պայմանավորվում են, սակայն այս անգամ պայմանավորվածության հասնել չի հաջողվել։ Դրա արդյունքում Հայաստանի թեկնածությունն առաջադրվել է մի քանի այլ երկրների թեկնածությունների հետ, և քվեարկության արդյունքում հաղթել է։ Ինչ վերաբերում է Եվրոպական քաղաքական համայնքի գագաթաժողովին՝ այնտեղ իրավիճակն այլ էր։ Այլ երկրներ ևս թեկնածություններ ունեին, բայց նրանք իրենց հերթին պաշտպանեցին Հայաստանի թեկնածությունը։ Ուզում եմ նաև շնորհակալություն հայտնել այդ վերաբերմունքի համար»,- ասաց նա։
