Փաշինյանին հաջողվում է կազմալուծել Արցախի պետհաստատությունների աշխատանքը

Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները շարունակում են խոչընդոտել Արցախի պետական հաստատությունների աշխատանքը։ Հիշեցնենք, դեռ մայիսի 31-ին ավարտվել էր Արցախի վերջին նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամանյանի լիազորությունները, և խորհրդարանը չէր հասցրել նոր նախագահ ընտրել։ Ավելին, Շահրամանյանին պարբերաբար հրավիրում են Քննչական կոմիտե և հարցաքննում։ Երեկ տեղի է ունեցել արդեն թվով 6-րդ հարցաքննությունը։ Թեպետ Շահրամանյանի փաստաբանը նշում է, որ նրան հարցաքննում են վկայի կարգավիճակով, բայց նույնիսկ չի բացառվում, որ հնարավոր է կալանավորեն։ Քրեական գործը հարուցվել է 2023 թվականի ադրբեջանական հարձակման ժամանակ պաշտոնեական անփութության և զենք զինամթերքը հակառակորդին հանձնելու գործով, վարույթը հարուցվել է Արցախի անվտանգության խորհրդի նախկին քարտուղար Սամվել Բաբայանի հաղորդման վրա։

Ինքը` Բաբայանը լուրջ ախորժակ ունի Արցախի նոր նախագահ դառնալու։ Այդ մասին չի էլ թաքցրել կամ էլ առնվազն ցանկանում է իր կողմնակիցներից որևէ մեկին դարձնել Արցախի նախագահ, այդ կերպ իր ձեռքում պահել վերահսկողությունն արցախցիների նկատմամբ, ինչպես նաև հանգստացնել գործող իշխանություններին, որ նրանց դեմ արցախցիները բողոքի գործողություններ չեն իրականացնելու։ Այս ամենը վկայում է, որ գործող իշխանությունները բավականին լուրջ են տրամադրված Արցախի պետական ինստիտուտները վերացնելու կամ առնվազն նրանց վերահսկողությունն իրենց ձեռքին կենտրոնացնելու համար։

Դեռ օրեր առաջ գրել էինք, որ Ալբանիայի մայրաքաղաք Տիրանայում Ալիևի հետ հանդիպմանն Ադրբեջանի նախագահը թուքումուր էր տվել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, նշել, որ նույնիսկ չի կարողանում լուծել Արցախի իշխանությունների հարցը, ուր մնաց խաղաղության համաձայնագիր պահանջելը։ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի այս պահանջներից հետո Փաշինյանն ամբողջ թափով անցել է հարձակման Արցախի պետական հաստատությունների դեմ և փորձում է այնպես անել, որ այլևս այդ պետական հաստատությունները կենսունակ չլինեն։

Ընդսմին փաշինյանական իշխանությունները նաև իրենց քարոզչամեքենայի միջոցով կեղծիքներ են տարածում, թե Երևանում Արցախի ներկայացուցչությունը սեփականաշնորհված տարածք է, և այն էլ բռնագանձելու են՝ արցախցիներին զրկելով ինչ-որ տեղ հավաքվելու և իրենց հարցերը քննարկելու հնարավորությունից։ Ամեն դեպքում, փաստն այն է, որ Արցախի խորհրդարանին մինչ օրս չի հաջողվել նոր նախագահ ընտրել, իսկ Շահրամանյանն էլ գտնվում է քաղաքական և իրավական լուրջ ճնշման տակ, առայժմ չի կողմնորոշվում առաջադրե՞լ իր թեկնածությունը, թե՞ ոչ։
