Ռուսաստանը կարևորում է Հայաստանի հետ միջխորհրդարանական համագործակցությունը․ Մատվիենկո

Ռուսաստանը մեծ կարևորություն է տալիս եղբայրական Հայաստանի հետ միջխորհրդարանական համագործակցությանը։ Այսօր ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի և ՌԴ Դաշնային ժողովի միջև համագործակցության միջխորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովների 39-րդ նիստի ժամանակ ասաց ՌԴ Դաշնային խորհրդի նախագահ Վալենտինա Մատվիենկոն։
Նա ընդգծեց, որ տարին առանձնահատուկ է նաև նրանով, որ նշում ենք Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմում հաղթանակի 80-ամյակը՝ ընդգծելով, որ դա նախկին Խորհրդային Միության բոլոր ժողովուրդների ընդհանուր հաղթանակն է և ևս մեկ անգամ շնորհավորեց բոլորին Մեծ հաղթանակի առիթով։
 
«Ոչինչ այնպես չի միացնում երկու ժողովուրդներին, ինչպես շփվելու, ընկերություն անելու ձգտումը։ Պետք է նշել, որ Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի քաղաքացիները մեծ սիրով հաստատում են գործարար, մշակութային, պարզապես մարդկային կապեր։ Միևնույն ժամանակ ռուսերենը շարունակում է մնալ կարևոր լեզու երկու ազգերի միջև շփման համար։ Շատ հայերի համար ռուսերենը ոչ թե պարզապես երկրորդ լեզու է, այլ անձնական ու ընտանեկան պատմության մաս»,- ասաց Մատվիենկոն։
ՌԴ Դաշնային խորհրդի նախագահն ընդգծեց՝ հատկանշական է, որ նիստն անցկացվում է հենց այսօր՝ հունիսի 6-ին, երբ նշվում է Ռուսաց լեզվի օրը։
 
Հավելենք, որ հայ-ռուսական միջխորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի 39-րդ նիստը նվիրված է Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմի հաղթանակի 80-ամյակին և պատմական հիշողության պահպանմանը։
