ԱՄՆ-ը քիթը խոթում է ատոմակայանի գործերում

Միացյալ Նահանգները չի դադարեցրել Հայաստանում մոդուլային ատոմակայան կառուցելու, նաև հայկական ատոմակայանի վերահսկողությունն իր ձեռքը վերցնելու գործը։ Օրեր առաջ ատոմակայան է այցելել Հայաստանում Միացյալ Նահանգների դեսպան Քրիստինա Քվինը։ Ֆեյսբուքյան էջում նա հայտնել է, թե ուրախ էր մասնակցել 3․4 միլիոն դոլար արժողությամբ գերժամանակակից վարժասարքի գործարկման միջոցառմանը, որը կօգնի ատոմակայանի անվտանգ շահագործումն ապահովելու հարցում։ Ըստ դեսպանի, ԱՄՆ էներգետիկայի դեպարտամենտի և հայկական ատոմակայանի համագործակցության արդյունքում նորագույն ամերիկյան տեխնոլոգիաների ականատեսն ենք դառնում։ «Ինչը միջուկային էներգիայի ոլորտում Հայաստանի հետ Միացյալ Նահանգների ավելի քան 25 տարվա համագործակցության հերթական ձեռքբերումներից է»,- հայտնել է դեսպանը։

Միացյալ Նահանգները վաղուց է ցանկանում իր ձեռքը վերցնել Հայաստանի էներգետիկ անվտանգությունը՝ դուրս մղել ռուսներին, իսկ մոդուլային փոքր ատոմակայանի կառուցման գործն էլ ձեռնարկել արևմտյան տեխնոլոգիաներով և արևմտյան երկրների միջոցներով։ Մասնավորապես, հայկական կողմը հաստատել է, որ բանակցություններ են ընթանում ԱՄՆ-ի, Ֆրանսիայի, Հարավային Կորեայի հետ։ Մյուս կողմից էլ Ռուսաստանն է տարբեր առաջարկներ ներկայացրել, ցանկանալով ռուսական ներգրավվածությամբ հայկական նոր ռեակտորի կառուցումն ապահովել։

Էներգետիկ անվտանգությունն առանցքային նշանակություն ունի երկրի համար, ուստի և ԱՄՆ-ը ամեն գնով ցանկանում է այս ոլորտում առաջնային դիրք զբաղեցնել Հայաստանում։ Դեռևս 2023 թվականի մայիսին ԱՄՆ պետդեպարտամենտի Եվրոպայի և Եվրասիայի աջակցության համակարգող Մարիա Լոնգին հայտարարել էր, թե Ռուսաստանից և Չինաստանից էներգետիկ կախվածության նվազեցման նպատակով Միացյալ Նահանգները դիտարկում է փոքր մոդուլային ռեակտորների կառուցման հնարավորությունները մի շարք երկրներում, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանում։ «Դրանք կարող են նպաստել ինչպես Ռուսաստանից, այնպես էլ Չինաստանից էներգետիկ անկախությանը»,- ասել էր Լոնգին Ներկայացուցիչների պալատում կայացած լսումների ժամանակ։

Փաստն այն է, որ Վաշինգտոնն ամենևին էլ շահագրգռված չէ Հայաստանի էներգետիկ անվտանգությամբ, պարզապես հրաշալի հնարավորություն է ստեղծվել Ռուսաստանին դուրս մղելու Հարավային Կովկասում, և դա փորձում են անել ոչ միայն քաղաքական, ռազմական առումներով, այլ նաև էներգետիկ և տնտեսական ոլորտներում։ Թե ինչպիսի՞ հետևանքներ կարող է դա ունենալ Հայաստանի համար, թերևս ասել չարժե, բայց այն, որ գործող իշխանություններն ավելի շահագրգռված են Արևմուտքի հետ հարաբերությունները զարգացնելով, ընդհուպ վնասելով Հայաստանի կենսական շահերին, որևէ մեկի մոտ այլևս կասկած չի հարուցում։
