Հայաստանն ահռելի վնասներ է կրում. ՍԱՏՄ ղեկավարի պաշտոնակատարն էլ «sms» կստանա՞. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նախօրեին «Ռոսսելխոզնադզորը» հայտնել է, որ Հայաստանից Ռուսաստան բուսական արտադրանքի մատակարարման հարցում խախտումները հաճախակի են դարձել։ Գերատեսչության հավաստիացմամբ, այս տարի Հայաստանից ներմուծված քաղված ծաղիկների ծավալը կտրուկ աճել է, ինչի մասին, ի դեպ, մենք ևս տեղեկացրել էինք որոշ ժամանակ առաջ։ Ընթացիկ տարվա սկզբից ի վեր արտահանվել է 52 միլիոն հատ, ինչը 49,7 տոկոսով ավելի է, քան 2024 թ. նույն ժամանակահատվածում, երբ ներմուծվել էր 34,7 միլիոն հատ։ «Անհրաժեշտ արձագանքման միջոցառումների բացակայության և կարանտինային օբյեկտների շարունակական նույնականացման դեպքում «Ռոսսելխոզնադզորը» ստիպված կլինի 2025 թ. հունիսի 16-ից սկսած ժամանակավոր սահմանափակումներ մտցնել Ռուսաստան ծաղկային արտադրանքի ներմուծման վրա»,- հայտարարել է Ռոսսելխոզնադզորը։

Ի՞նչ է սա նշանակում: Սա նշանակում է, որ վտանգվում է տարեկան շուրջ 100 մլն դոլարի արտահանումը՝ իր ծանրագույն հետևանքներով: Ընդ որում, սա՝ միայն այս ոլորտում: Իսկ նման մտահոգություններ ռուսական կողմն ունի ոչ միայն այս ոլորտի հետ կապված: «Ռոսսելխոզնադզորի» զեկույցում նշվել է, որ առկա վիճակը վկայում է Հայաստանի կողմից արտահանվող արտադրանքի նկատմամբ վերահսկողության անարդյունավետ համակարգի մասին։ Իսկ ո՞վ պետք է զբաղվի վերահսկողությամբ: Ճիշտ է՝ սննդի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմինը: Այնինչ, ստացվում է, որ նույնիսկ ռուս գործընկերներն են արձանագրում «վերահսկողության անարդյունավետ համակարգի» մասին: ՍԱՏՄ նախկին ղեկավարը կոռուպցիոն մեղադրանքով կալանավորված է, իսկ ներկայում ղեկավարի պարտականությունները կատարող Տիգրան Պետրոսյանը, որը ՍԱՏՄ ղեկավարի տեղակալ է նշանակվել 2024 թ. նոյեմբերի 26-ին, ոլորտի հետ փաստացի որևէ կապ չունեցող անձնավորություն է. նա մինչ այդ եղել է ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի «Սպասարկում» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրեն, այսինքն՝ «կառավարական դաչաները» սպասարկող կազմակերպության ղեկավար: Ըստ տեղեկությունների, թե՛ նախորդ ղեկավարը, որը կալանավորված է, թե՛ ներկա պաշտոնակատարը, իրենց հիմնական գործը թողած՝ ուշադրություններն առավելապես կենտրոնացրել են ավելի «հետաքրքիր» թեմաների, այսպես ասած, «տեխնիկական» խնդիրների վրա՝ տենդերներ, բենզինի գնում, պարգևավճարների աղմկոտ պատմություններ և այլն:

Նման անգործության արդյունքում ահռելի վնասներ է կրում Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը, երկրի տնտեսությունը:

Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, նախկին ղեկավարի կալանավորմամբ ամեն ինչ չի ավարտվի. առաջիկայում հնարավոր են նոր, ոչ պակաս հետաքրքիր իրադարձություններ՝ կապված ՍԱՏՄ հետ, այդ թվում՝ ամենաքիչը՝ ղեկավարի պաշտոնակատարի հեռախոսին «sms»-ի ուղարկում վարչապետի կողմից: Ավելին, իր բան ու գործը թողած՝ ՍԱՏՄ պետ նշանակվելու լոբբինգ անող պաշտոնակատարը այսպիսի ձախողումից հետո ոչ միայն հրաժեշտ կտա այդ պաշտոնում նշանակվելու իր երազանքին, այլև նրա գործողությունները գուցե նաև քրեաիրավական գնահատականի արժանանան։
