Փաշինյանը նոր հրահանգ է ստացել Ալիևից

Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները վերջին շրջանում չափազանց մեծ ճնշումներ են սկսել իրականացնել արցախցիների, հատկապես Արցախի պետական ինստիտուտների նկատմամբ։ Առաջին հերթին այդ ճնշումները զգացվում են Արցախի նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամանյանի նկատմամբ, որին պարբերաբար հարցաքննությունների են կանչում, օդում կախված լուրերի համաձայն էլ կալանավորելու են։ Առաջիկայում Արցախի խորհրդարանը պետք է նոր նախագահ ընտրի, ինչը սահմանադրական նորմ է։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, փորձելով Արցախի Ազգային ժողովին զրկել նախագահ ընտրելու հնարավորությունից, Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները քարոզչական ստորագույն հնարքի են գնում, հավասարեցնելով Արցախի և արցախցիների հարցը, այսպես կոչված «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի» տեսությունը՝ արդարացնելով ադրբեջանական նարատիվները։ Պարտադրում են Արցախի իշխանություններին վտարանդի կառավարություն չստեղծել, Ադրբեջանին էլ համոզել, որ իրենք պայքարում են այս զարգացումների դեմ։

Մեր տեղեկություններով այս ամենը կապված է Արցախի նախագահի նոր ընտրություններով։ Ալբանիայի մայրաքաղաք Տիրանայում կայացած հանդիպման ժամանակ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Ալիևը սրճախմության ընթացքում Փաշինյանին դիտողություն է արել, ասել, թե մեծ-մեծ փրթում է, խաղաղության պայմանագիր է պահանջում, բայց նույնիսկ չի կարողանում Արցախի պետական հաստատությունների հարցը լուծել, որոնք ոչ միայն դե ֆակտո, այլ նաև դե յուրե գոյություն ունեն։ Կարճ ասած, Ադրբեջանի նախագահը նոր նախապայմաններ է դրել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի առջև, պահանջելով լուծարել Արցախի պետական ինստիտուտները, նոր դրանից հետո խոսել խաղաղության պայմանագրի հնարավորության մասին։ Դրանով է պայմանավորված, որ գործող իշխանության տարբեր ներկայացուցիչներ փորձում են հավասարեցնել «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի» գաղափարն ու Արցախի Հանրապետության ինստիտուտների գոյության գաղափարը։ Այդ կերպ հավասարության նշան դնելով, առաջ տանելով ադրբեջանական թեզերը։
