Սրտի կանգ է եղել, բայց վերականգնվել է մերսման ընթացքում․ «Մուրացան» հիվանդանոցը մանրամասներ է հայտնել 1.5 ամյա երեխայի մահվան մասին

«Մուրացան» հիվանդանոցային համալիրը պարզաբանում է տարածել 1,5 տարեկան երեխայի մահվան դեպքի հետ կապված։

«28.05.2025թ-ին «Մուրացան» հիվանդանոցային համալիրի Անհետաձգելի բուժօգնության ծառայություն է դիմել պացիենտ ծնված 27.11.2023թ.,՝ հիպովոլեմիկ շոկ ախտորոշմամբ՝ ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում:

Ընդունվելիս ունեցել է փսխումներ, թուլություն, միկրոցիրկուլացիայի խանգարման նշաններ: Կատարվել են լաբորատոր հետազոտություններ, որոնց տվյալները ևս եղել են ծայրահեղ մտահոգիչ։

Նշենք, որ հիվանդանոց դիմելուց շուրջ 45 րոպե հետո գրանցվել է սրտի կանգ, համապատասխան միջոցառումներ են արվել և վերականգնվել է սրտի աշխատանքը։

Հաշվի առնելով երեխայի ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակը տեղափոխվել է բուժհաստատության Թունաբանության և մանկական վերակենդանացման կլինիկա։

Նշենք, որ 28.05.2025 թվականին, երբ դիմել է բժշկական հաստատություն, ըստ մոր պատմածի՝ երեխան 20 օր առաջ ունեցել է բարձր ջերմություն, 5 օր բուժվել է ամբուլատոր պայմաններում, որից հետո՝ դեպքից 2 օր առաջ, երեխան ունեցել է փսխումներ, եղել է անհանգիստ, ունեցել է ընդհանուր թուլություն և մայրը, երթուղային տաքսիով, տեղափոխել է «Մուրացան» հիվանդանոցային համալիր:

Փաստենք նաև, որ դեռ 2024 թվականի մայիսին երեխան ընդունվել է «Մուրացան» հիվանդանոց, այնտեղ գտնվել է 7 օր՝ 3-ը Մանկական և նորածնային վերակենդանացման կլինիկայում, 4 օրը Նորածնային պաթոլոգիայի և վաղ մանկական հասակի մանկաբուժական բաժանմունքում։

Այնուհետև դուրս է գրվել վիճակի կայունությամբ՝ տեղամասային բժշկի հսկողության ցուցումով։

Պացիենտը 2025 թվականին մայիսի 6-ին՝ Վեդու բժշկական կենտրոնից ուղեգրմամբ եկել է «Մուրացան» հիվանդանոց՝ ռենտգեն հետազոտության և մանկաբույժի խորհրդատվության, հետազոտությունը արվել է և ախտորոշվել է սուր բրոնխիտ, օպստրուկտիվ համախտանիշ և նշանակվել է համապատասխան բուժում։

«Մուրացան» հիվանդանոցային համալիրում երեխայի վիճակը գնահատվել է ծայրահեղ ծանր, որտեղ, հաշվի առնելով երեխայի ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակը կատարվել են համապատասխան վերակենդանացման միջոցառումներ, երեխան ստացել է միայն անհրաժեշտ և ցուցված դեղորայքային միջամտություն և միացվել ապարատին:

Ընթացքում երեխայի մոտ գրանցվել է սրտի կանգ, սակայն վերականգնվել է մերսման ընթացքում: Այնուհետև ժամը 23:10-ի սահմաններում երեխայի մոտ նորից դիտվել է սրտի կանգ, կատարվել են վերակենդանացման միջոցառումներ, սակայն, ցավոք, անարդյունք և ժամը 23:50-ին գրանցվել է երեխայի կենսաբանական մահը:

Հիվանդանոցի բուժանձնակազմը խորապես ցավակցում է ընտանիքին երեխայի մահվան կապակցությամբ»:

Երեխայի մոր պնդմամբ՝  տղան մահացել է բժշկի անփութության հետևանքով։ 

«Բուժքույրը, չգիտես ինչու, մի քանի ներարկում կատարեց ու արդեն, երբ ուզում էր 5-րդ ներարկումը կատարել, տեսա, որ երեխուս գույնը գցեց, ու զգացի, որ նա մահացավ, գոռացի՝ էս ինչ արեցիր բժշկուհի, պատասխանեց, որ ոչինչ էլ չի արել, մինչդեռ իմ ներկայությամբ է այդ 4 ներարկումները կատարել:

Մենք նաև պահանջում ենք, որպեսզի երեխայի դիահերձմանը հարազատերից 2 հոգի պարտադիր ներկա լինի, քանի որ վստահ ենք, որ երեխան չէր մահանա, եթե բժշկուհին իրար վրա մի քանի ներարկում չաներ»,- Shamshyan.com-ին ասել է մայրը։
