ԱՄՆ-ը Ադրբեջանից պահանջում է չսրել իրավիճակը, բայց...

Մինչ Հայաստանը տոնում էր Հանրապետության օրը, ԱՄՆ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները շնորհավորել են Ադրբեջանին Անկախության տոնի առթիվ, ընդ որում, բոլոր այդ շնորհավորանքներում կարմիր գծի մեջ անցնում է խաղաղություն հաստատելու պահանջը։ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը շնորհավորական ուղերձում նշել է, թե ԱՄՆ-ը շարունակում է աջակցել Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև երկարատև խաղաղությանը։

«Հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորումը կապահովի ավելի բարգավաճ Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջան և կհանգեցնի ԱՄՆ-ի հետ համագործակցության ավելի մեծ հնարավորությունների: Այժմ պահն է հանձնառու լինել խաղաղությանը և Հարավային Կովկասի ժողովուրդների համար բարգավաճման նոր դարաշրջան սկսել»,- նշել է նախագահը։

Մի ուղերձ էլ պետքարտուղար Մարկո Ռուբիոն էր հղել Ադրբեջանի նախագահին. «Մենք աջակցում ենք Ադրբեջանի ինքնիշխանությանը, անկախությանը և տարածքային ամբողջականությանը։ ԱՄՆ-ն շարունակում է աջակցել տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության և կայունության խթանմանն ուղղված ջանքերին, որոնք առանցքային են Հարավային Կովկասի բարեկեցության համար։ Մենք ողջունում ենք նաև այս տարի Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև խաղաղության պայմանագրի տեքստի շուրջ ձեռք բերված համաձայնությունը։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, ճանաչում ենք նաև Ադրբեջանի աճող նշանակությունը որպես էներգիայի մատակարար և տրանսպորտային հանգույց»։

Փաստացի Ռուբիոն իր ուղերձով արձանագրում է, որ Հարավային Կովկասի առաջատար երկիրն Ադրբեջանն է և հենց նրանից էլ ակնկալիքներ ունեն։ Սա մի կողմից ճնշում է ադրբեջանական կողմի վրա, մյուս կողմից էլ հնարավորություններ է տալիս Բաքվին ավելի ամրապնդվել։ Միացյալ Նահանգներին տարածաշրջանում խաղաղություն է անհրաժեշտ, Վաշինգտոնը որևէ կերպ թույլ չի տալու ռազմական նոր էսկալացիան, բայց դա վատնագներ է պարունակում, այն իմաստով, որ դրա համար Արևմուտքն Ադրբեջանին է ճանաչելու որպես Հարավային Կովկասի հարցեր լուծող, ինչը, նշենք, երկարաժամկետ կտրվածքում, ծանր հետևանքներ է ունենալու Հայաստանի համար։
