Տնտեսությունը սկսում է իր անկումը

Վիճակագրական կոմիտեի վերջին ցուցանիշները վկայում են, որ Հայաստանում տարվա առաջին 4 ամիսների կտրվածքով տնտեսությունը զգալի հետընթաց է արձանագրել։ Ըստ առկա պաշտոնական տեղեկությունների՝ հունվար-ապրիլին Հայաստանում տնտեսության ակտիվության աճը դանդաղել է և կազմում է 4․4 %։ 2024 թվականի ողջ ընթացքում այդ ցուցանիշը կազմել է 9․4 % (այս տարվա առաջին եռամսյակում 4․1 %)։ Ընդ որում, ակտիվության աճի նման ցածր մակարդակը պայմանավորված է արդյունաբերական արտադրանքի նվազման պատճառով (4 ամսում 16․1 %)։ Նման խայտառակ ցուցանիշներ չեն արձանագրվել նույնիսկ 2009 և 2020 ճգնաժամային տարիներին։

Առայժմ տնտեսությունը դեռևս աճի տեմպերի վրա է՝ շինարարության ոլորտում պահպանվող աճի բարձր տեմպերի, ներքին առևտրաշրջանառության և ծառայությունների ոլորտի հաշվին, բայց ահռելի կրճատում է արձանագրվել վերարտահանման ծավալներում։ Արտահանման ծավալը կազմել է 2․4 միլիարդ դոլար՝ կրճատվելով ավելի քան 2․5 անգամ, իսկ ներմուծման ծավալը կրճատվել է կրկնակի։

Այս ցուցանիշները վկայում են, որ Հայաստանի տնտեսությունն անցել է արդեն նվազման փուլ, և կարճ ժամանակ անց արձանագրված դրական ցուցանիշներն արդեն կփոխարինվեն բացասականներով, իսկ դա հղի է տնտեսական, «ծանր» հետևանքներով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար։ Առայժմ գործող իշխանություններին, «ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմի» արդյունքների, ինչպես նաև միջազգային կառույցներից պետական պարտքի ավելացման հաշվին դեռևս հաջողվում է զսպել սոցիալական խռովությունը, բայց կարճ ժամանակ անց նույնիսկ, դա անհնար է լինելու և Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը բախվելու է իր համար գրեթե գոյաբանական հետևանքների։
