Կոնվերս Բանկը դրամային պարտատոմսեր է տեղաբաշխում

Կոնվերս Բանկը հայտարարում է դրամային պարտատոմսերի հերթական տրանշի տեղաբաշխման մեկնարկի մասին: Թողարկված պարտատոմսերի ծրագրային ազդագիրը հաստատվել է ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահի՝ 09.05.2025թ. թիվ 1/113 Ա որոշմամբ:

26.05.2025-26.08.2025թթ ընկած ժամանակահատվածում կտեղաբաշխվեն 3,000,000,000 ՀՀ դրամ ընդհանուր ծավալով պարտատոմսեր՝ 10.25 % արժեկտրոնի եկամտաբերությամբ, 24 ամիս ժամկետով, արժեկտրոնի վճարման կիսամյական պարբերականությամբ:

«Կոնվերս Բանկի դրամային պարտատոմսերը մրցունակ են շուկայում նմանատիպ այլ առաջարկների, ինչպես նաև ավելի եկամտաբեր՝ նույն ժամկետով ավանդների համեմատ: Վստահ ենք, որ այս ամենի, ինչպես նաև Converse Mobile հավելվածով գնման հնարավորության շնորհիվ դրանք կդառնան ներդրումային գրավիչ հնարավորություն թե իրավաբանական, թե ֆիզիկական անձանց համար»,- ասել են Բանկում:

Պարտատոմսերը կտեղաբաշխվեն Converse Mobile հարթակով և Բանկի մասնաճյուղային ցանցի միջոցով: Տեղաբաշխման ավարտից հետո պարտատոմսերը ցուցակման կներկայացվեն Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսա՝ երկրորդային շուկայում շրջանառելու նպատակով:

Պարտատոմսերի Ծրագրային ազդագրի և Թողարկման վերջնական պայմաններին հնարավոր է ծանոթանալ այստեղ: 

Հիշեցնենք, որ սա 2025-ին Կոնվերս Բանկի պարտատոմսերի հերթական տեղաբաշխումն է: Ավելի վաղ՝ մայիսի 14-25-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Բանկը հաջողությամբ, նախատեսված ժամկետից շուտ տեղաբաշխել է 10մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար ընդհանուր ծավալով պարտատոմս:
