Անհրաժեշտ է խաղաղության պայմանագիր ստորագրել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև․ Լավրով

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովն անդրադարձել է Հայաստանի նախաձեռնած «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» նախագծին՝ հայտարարելով, որ դրա իրագործումը հնարավոր կլինի Երևանի ու Բաքվի միջև խաղաղության համաձայնագրի ստորագրման, ինչպես նաև Երևանի ու Անկարայի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման դեպքում։  

Այս մասին Սերգեյ Լավրովը խոսել է պատմական հարավային ռուսական հողերին նվիրված բարձր մակարդակի համաժողովում՝ անդրադառնալով Հարավային Կովկասում և այլ տարածաշրջաններում հաղորդակցային ուղիների և ենթակառուցվածքների հնարավոր ապաշրջափակմանը, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանի ներկայացրած «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» նախաձեռնության հեռանկարներին։ 

ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարը նշել է, որ հայկական կողմն այդ նախաձեռնության մանրամասներն իրեն է ներկայացրել օրեր առաջ Երևան կատարած այցի շրջանակներում։

«Հայկական կողմը մշակում է «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» անունով նախաձեռնությունը՝ ձգտելով ներառել իր տարածքն ու լոգիստիկ հնարավորությունները մայրցամաքային ընդհանուր խոշոր գործընթացներում։ Եթե մենք խոսենք այդ մասին, ապա մենք կողմ ենք, որ բոլոր ենթակառուցվածքային ծրագրերը զարգանան»,-նշել է Լավրովը։

Վերջինս հավելել է, որ պրակտիկայում այդ նախաձեռնության իրագործման համար, այդուհանդերձ, անհրաժեշտ է, որպեսզի Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության համաձայնագիրը ստորագրվի։

«Մենք անկեղծորեն մաղթում ենք նրանց հաջողություններ այս գործում։ Ակնհայտ է, որ համաձայնագրի համաձայնեցումը հնարավոր դարձավ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի մի քանի եռակողմ գագաթնաժողովների շնորհիվ։ Մենք պատրաստ ենք հետագայում ևս աջակցել, եթե երկու կողմերն էլ հետաքրքրված լինեն դրանով»,-ընդգծել է Սերգեյ Լավրովը։ 

ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարն իր խոսքում անդրադարձել է նաև Հայաստանի ու Թուրքիայի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացին՝ նշելով, որ հակամարտությունների հաղթահարումն ու այդ հակամարտությունների պատճառով արգելափակված տրանսպորտային և տնտեսական կապերի ապաշրջափակումը միանշանակ կօգնի տարածաշրջանի մրցունակության խթանմանը։
