Զբոսաշրջիկների թիվն անշեղորեն նվազում է

Զբոսաշրջիկների թիվն անշեղորեն նվազում է։ Այս տարվա առաջին եռամսյակում Հայաստան այցելած զբոսաշրջիկների թիվը նվազել է 11․3 %-ով կամ մոտ 49 հազարով։ Հունվար-մարտ ամիսներին Հայաստան է այցելել 386 հազար զբոսաշրջիկ, իսկ նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածում՝ 435 հազար զբոսաշրջիկ։ Զբոսաշրջիկների ընդհանուր թվի մեջ ամենաշատը Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիներն են՝ 37,3 %-ը։ Միևնույն ժամանակ Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիների թվի տեսակարար կշիռն ամենաշատն է նվազել, եթե նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածում Հայաստան եկած զբոսաշրջիկների 42․3 տոկոսն էր Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացի, այս տարի՝ 37․3 %-ը։

Մյուս երկրներից ժամանածների թիվն առանձնապես նվազում չի արձանագրել, ինչը վկայում է, որ հիմնական ուղղություններից մեկի տեսակարար կշռի նվազումն այլ խորքային պատճառներ ունի։ Բազմիցս գրել ենք, որ պատճառը ոչ միայն Հայաստանում տարածվող հակառուսական տրամադրություններն են, այլ նաև հայաստանյան բանկերի կողմից «ՄԻՐ» քարտերի սպասարկումից հրաժարվելու որոշումը։ Փաստացի միայն մեկ բանկ՝ ռուսաստանյան ՎՏԲ բանկն է, որը սպասարկում է «ՄԻՐ» քարտերը, մնացած բոլոր բանկերն անխտիր հրաժարվել են սպասարկել ռուսական քարտերը՝ վախենալով արևմտյան պատժամիջոցներից, նախընտրելով գործ ունենալ Արևմուտքի, քան թե ՌԴ հետ։

Եվ այսկերպ արևմտյան պատժամիջոցներն իրենց վնասակար ազդեցություն են ունենում Հայաստանում զբոսաշրջության ոլորտի վրա։ Դա էլ շղթայական ռեակցիայով բացասական հետևանքներ է ունենում թե՛ ռեստորանային, և թե՛ հյուրանոցային ոլորտների վրա։ Ոլորտի մասնագետները նշում են, որ հյուրանոցներն ու ռեստորանները բավականին լուրջ վնասներ են կրում զբոսաշրջության թվի նվազման պատճառով, հատկապես որ Ռուսաստանից ժամանած զբոսաշրջիկներն ավելի շատ գումար են ավանդաբար թողնում Հայաստանում, քան այլ երկրներից ժամանածները։
