7 ԿՎտ-ը բավարա՞ր է. Էներգետիկայի նախարարությունն առաջարկում է սահմանաչափ տնային արևային վահանակների համար

Ըստ Էներգետիկայի նախարարության որոշման նախագծի, որը ներկայացվել է հանրային քննարկման, մոլդովացի սպառողները կարող են ենթարկվել մինչև 7 ԿՎտ հզորությամբ ֆոտովոլտային կայանքների հզորության անհատական ​​սահմանափակման։ Նրանք, ովքեր արդեն ունեն ավելի ցածր հզորությամբ համակարգ, կկարողանան դիմել առաջարկվող սահմանաչափի երկարաձգման համար, հաղորդում է noi.md–ն հղում անելով IPN-ին։

Ի՞նչ փոփոխություններ է հաստատել կառավարությունը «Բնական գազի մասին» օրենքում։ Անցյալ տարվա սկզբից կիրառվող «զուտ հաշվառման» մեխանիզմը կհարմարեցվի խթանելու վերականգնվող էներգիայի արտադրությունը հարմարեցված իրական սպառմանը, այլ ոչ թե շահույթին։ Սպառողները կկարողանան ընտրել 7 կՎտ ստանդարտ սահմանաչափի և միջին տարեկան սպառման կամ պայմանագրային հզորության վրա հիմնված բանաձևի միջև։ Բացի այդ, նախագիծը թույլ է տալիս քամու էլեկտրակայաններ ներառել մեխանիզմում, և 100 ՄՎտ ընդհանուր բաշխված հզորությունն այլևս չի բաժանվի սպառողների կատեգորիաների։ Դա միացման գործընթացը կդարձնի ավելի պարզ և արդար տնային տնտեսությունների, պետական ​​հաստատությունների և բիզնեսների համար:

Փոփոխությունները տեղի են ունեցել այն բանից հետո, երբ իշխանությունները հայտնաբերել են, որ նախկին աջակցության մեխանիզմը՝ «զուտ հաշվառումը», չարաշահվում է որոշ սպառողների կողմից, որոնք տեղադրել են իրենց կարիքները զգալիորեն գերազանցող չափազանց մեծ ֆոտովոլտային կայանքներ: Այդ սպառողները տաք սեզոնին էներգիա էին մատակարարում ցանցին, իսկ ցուրտ սեզոնին անվճար սպառում, ինչը հանգեցնում էր անուղղակի սուբսիդավորման և ազդում համակարգին մյուսների հասանելիության վրա: Իշխանությունները նշում են, որ մեկ տարի գործող նոր «զուտ հաշվառման» բանաձևը հանգեցրել է անհատների միջին տեղադրված հզորության 42 %-ով և ընկերությունների միջին տեղադրված հզորության 12 %-ով կրճատման նախորդ ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ: Իշխանությունների կարծիքով, թարմացված կանոնները կխթանեն «կանաչ» նախագծերում ներդրումները և վերականգնվող էներգիան ավելի մատչելի կդարձնեն օգտագործողների ավելի լայն շրջանակի համար: Ներկայումս Մոլդովայի սպառողները մոտ 150 ՄՎտ էներգիա են ներդրում կատարում կանաչ արտադրության ընդհանուր հզորության մեջ, որը կազմում է վերականգնվող էներգիայի արտադրության ազգային ծավալի մեկ քառորդը:
