Մոսկվան պատրաստ է ապագայում ևս աջակցել Երևանին և Բաքվին՝ լիարժեք խաղաղության հասնելու հարցում․ Լավրով

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը հայտարարել է, որ Մոսկվան պատրաստակամ է ապագայում ևս աջակցել Երևանին և Բաքվին՝ լիարժեք խաղաղության և համաձայնության հասենելու հարցում։ 

ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարն այս մասին հայտարարել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի հետ համատեղ ասուլիսի ժամանակ։ 

«Ռուսաստանը պատրաստակամ է ապագայում ևս աջակցել Երևանին և Բաքվին՝ լիարժեք խաղաղության և համաձայնության հասնելու հարցում՝ կնքելով խաղաղության պայմանագիր, ապա նաև ապաշրջափակելով տնտեսական ու տրանսպորտային ենթակառուցվածքներն ու սահմանագծելով և սահմանազատելով պետական սահմանը»,-ասել է Սերգեյ Լավրովը։ 

Ըստ Լավրովի՝ այս գործընթացների ամուր հիմքը Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև 2020-2022 թվականներին ամենաբարձր մակարդակով ձեռք բերված համաձայնություններն են։ 

Տարածաշրջանային խնդիրների և հարցերի համատեքստում Լավրովը կարևորել է Հարավային Կովկասի երկրներին և նրանց հարևաններին միավորող «3+3» տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության ձևաչափի զգալի ներուժը: 

«Արդեն երկու նախարարական հանդիպում է տեղի ունեցել Թեհրանում և Ստամբուլում։ Այժմ քննարկվում է երրորդ հանդիպում անցկացնելու հնարավորությունը։ Նախորդ հանդիպումների արդյունքում մենք որոշակի լավատեսություն ունենք այդ հարթակի ապագայի վերաբերյալ»,-հայտարարել է նա։ 

Նախարարի կարծիքով՝ այս ձևաչափը կարող է կարևոր հենարան դառնալ կայուն խաղաղության և անվտանգության ամրապնդման, տարածաշրջանի երկրների տրանսպորտային-տնտեսական կապերի և մշակութային փոխգործակցության զարգացման համար:  

Սերգեյ Լավրովը նաև վստահություն է հայտնել, որ Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը կարող են պայմանավորվել հաջորդ հանդիպումների անցկացման շուրջ, իսկ Ռուսաստանը պատրաստ է աջակցել այդ գործընթացին:  

«Մենք կողմ ենք, որ հաջորդ միջոցառումները տեղի ունենան Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի մայրաքաղաքներում»,-նշել է Սերգեյ Լավրովը։
