Չինաստանը խնայողության խիստ կանոններ է սահմանել ​​պաշտոնյաների համար` արգելելով թանկարժեք սնունդ, ճոխ գործուղումներ ու շքեղ ծաղկային կոմպոզիցիաներ

Չինաստանի Կոմունիստական ​​կուսակցության Կենտրոնական կոմիտեն Չինաստանի Պետական ​​խորհրդի հետ համատեղ որոշում է ընդունել՝ խնայողության խիստ կանոններ  սահմանելով պետական ​​պաշտոնյաների համար: Դրանց նպատակն է ծախսերը կրճատել, պետական գումարները խնայել, ինչպես նաև միջոցների վատնման դեմ պայքարել։ Այն նախատեսում է մի քանի արգելքներ պետական ​​պաշտոնյաների համար։ 

Փաստաթուղը պարունակում է 63 կետ և կոչ է անում «խստորեն հետևել պաշտոնական չափանիշներին» և «միջոցների ծախսման վերահսկողության համակարգ ներդնել»։  Համաձայն դրա՝ Չինաստանի կառավարության և կուսակցական պաշտոնյաներին այժմ արգելվում է աշխատանքային ճաշի ժամանակ ուտել թանկարժեք սնունդ, օգտագործել թանկարժեք ծխախոտ և ալկոհոլ։ Պաշտոնյաներին արգելվում է նաև սահմանված սահմանաչափը գերազանցող «թանկարժեք ժամանց անցկացնել, ընդունել նվերներ, արժեթղթեր և վճարման վաուչերներ և արտերկրում մոլախաղերի մասնակցել»։

«Արտասահման գործուղումների ժամանակ պետական ​​միջոցները չպետք է օգտագործվեն հաստատությունների կամ պետական ​​ձեռնարկությունների միջև նվերներ փոխանակելու կամ միմյանց զվարճացնելու համար: Արգելվում է կանոնների խախտմամբ քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի, ինչպես նաև մասնավոր, կորպորատիվ և արտասահմանյան ավիաընկերությունների չարտերային թռիչքները, նորման գերազանցող ճոխ կեցավայրերով և տրանսպորտով ապահովելը, այցելած երկրների կամ շրջանների քանակն ավելացնելը, առանց թույլտվության գործուղման երթուղին կամ օրերի քանակը փոխելը»,- ասվում է հրամանագրում։

Այսուհետ արգելվում են «քողարկված զբոսաշրջային ուղևորությունները»՝ յուրաքանչյուր գործուղում պետք է ունենա հստակ նպատակ։

Պաշտոնյաները պետք է նաև խստորեն վերահսկեն պատվիրակությունների հյուրընկալման ծախսերը, իսկ հանդիպման վայրերը պետք է լինեն պարզ: Համաժողովներում այլևս չեն լինի շքեղ ծաղկային կոմպոզիցիաներ:
