Էդուարդ Թոփչյանի «վոյաժները». ազգային, բայց ոչ ժողովրդի նվագախումբ

Հայաստանի ազգային ֆիլհարմոնիկ նվագախումբը` Էդուարդ Թոփչյանի ղեկավարությամբ, վերջին տարիներին դարձել է այն մշակութային հաստատության խորհրդանիշը, որը կրում է բարձր պետական անուն, բայց չի կատարում իր բուն՝ հանրային և ազգային առաքելությունը։

Այս կառույցը պետք է լիներ ազգային ճշմարտության և արժանապատվության հնչյունային շունչը, բայց վերածվել է պաշտոնական փայլի, բյուջետային շքեղության և քաղաքական լոյալության շոուի։

Էդուարդ Թոփչյանը դեռևս 2018 թվականին, երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նոր էր ընտրվել վարչապետ, հրապարակավ ողջունեց նրան որպես իբր «նոր ժամանակների առաջնորդի»։ Մինչ շատ մշակութային գործիչներ դեռ սպասում էին՝ ինչ կբերի այդ փոփոխությունը, Թոփչյանը շտապեց ամրացնել իր հավատարմության երաշխիքը։

Դա այն պարագայում, երբ տարիներ շարունակ նա օգտվել էր նաև Սերժ Սարգսյանի իշխանության հովանավորությունից՝ ստանալով ամենամեծ ֆինանսական աջակցությունը «Լույս» հիմնադրամից։ Բայց ինչպես ասում են՝ «թագավորը մահացավ, կեցցե՛ նոր թագավորը»։

2018-ից ի վեր, Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած և ոչ մի աղետ՝

– Արցախի պարտությունը,

– Հազարավոր զոհերը,

– 120,000 տեղահանված արցախցիները,

– պետական ինստիտուտների կազմաքանդումը,

– ազգային նվաստացումն ու ինքնիշխանության կորուստը չստիպեցին Թոփչյանին գեթ մեկ անգամ հակադարձել կամ խոսել։ Նա շարունակեց իր հնազանդ լռությունը՝ փոխարենը ստանալով պետական բյուջեից հսկայական գումարներ և ամրապնդելով իր պաշտոնական դիրքը։

Եվ հիմա, երբ նվագախմբի 100-ամյակը նշվում է շքեղությամբ, երբ բեմ են բարձրացնում Յուջա Վանգը, իսկ տոմսերի գները հասնում են մինչև 150 հազար դրամի, հանրությունն իրավունք ունի հարցնելու՝

-Ո՞ւմ համար է այս հոբելյանը,

-Ո՞ւմ ձայնն է հնչում այդ բեմից։

ինչո՞ւ է այս ամենը արվում մեր՝ հարկատուներիս միջոցներով, առանց որևէ հանրային հաշվետվության։

Մինչև այսօր ոչ ոք չի բացատրել, թե ի՞նչ գումար է ծախսվել այդ համերգի վրա, որքա՞ն է կազմել Յուջա Վանգի հոնորարը, ո՞վ է վճարել ավիատոմսերը, հյուրանոցները, ընդունելությունները։

Մի երկրում, որտեղ կան հարյուր հազարավոր սոցիալապես անապահով ընտանիքներ, երաժշտական դպրոցներ, որոնք գոյատևում են տարիներով չնորոգված ռոյալների կողքին, Թոփչյանը շարունակում է իր վոյաժները, իբրև թե «ազգային նվագախմբի անունից»։ Բայց այդ «ազգայինը» վաղուց դադարել է լինել ժողովրդի մասին։

Այսօր Հայաստանի ազգային ֆիլհարմոնիկ նվագախումբը շատերի աչքում այլևս մշակույթի անվան տակ գործող իշխանամետ դեկորացիա է, որտեղ՝ բոլորը կուշտ են, բոլորը համերաշխ, բոլորը լռակյաց։
