ԱԱԾ-ն անօրինական միգրացիայի դեպք է բացահայտել․ ինչ է հայտնի

ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության հակահետախուզության գլխավոր վարչությունում ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալների հիման վրա ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների և ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ծառայողների հետ փոխգործակցության արդյունքում բացահայտվել է անօրինական միգրացիայի կազմակերպման հերթական դեպքը։

Մասնավորապես, պարզվել է, որ Ա.Հ-ն դեռևս չպարզված անձի հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ, խմբի կազմում, շահադիտական նպատակով՝ 22.000 ԱՄՆ դոլարի դիմաց, 2024-2025 թվականների ընթացքում կազմակերպել է Վ.Ք-ի անօրինական միգրացիան, այն է՝ «Շենգեն համաձայնության երկրներ» մուտքի և գտնվելու պատշաճ թույլտվություն ստանալու համար դեռևս չպարզված հանգամանքներում իրացնելու նպատակով, այլ անձի հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ, խմբի կազմում պատրաստել է վերջինիս կողմից «DANI GROUP» ՍՊ ընկերության աշխատակից հանդիսանալու և «Հայէկոնոմբանկ» ԲԲ ընկերությունում բանկային հաշիվ ունենալու վերաբերյալ իրավաբանական նշանակություն ունեցող փաստեր հավաստող և իրավունք վերապահող բովանդակությամբ կեղծ փաստաթղթեր, որոնք փոխանցել է Վ.Ք-ին, ով դրանք ի թիվս այլ փաստաթղթերի՝ ներկայացրել է Հունաստանի Հանրապետության դեսպանատուն, ինչի հիման վրա վերջինիս տրամադրվել է «Շենգենյան համաձայնության երկրների» մուտքի թիվ 010618353 արտոնագիրը, և նա 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 25-ին, օգտագործելով հիշյալ կեղծ արտոնագիրը, առանց սահմանված փաստաթղթերի և պատշաճ թույլտվության հատել է ՀՀ պետական սահմանը և մեկնել ՀՀ-ից՝ նպատակ ունենալով այն օգտագործել հետագայում ԱՄՆ մուտք գործելու համար:

ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության կողմից ներկայացված առերևույթ հանցանքի մասին հաղորդման և կից ներկայացված համապատասխան փաստը հավաստող նյութերի հիման վրա ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որի շրջանակներում իրականացվել են քննչական և վարութային այլ գործողություններ:

Ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների հիման վրա քննիչի միջնորդությամբ հսկող դատախազի կողմից որոշում է կայացվել Ա.Հ-ի նկատմամբ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի համապատասխան հոդվածով հանրային քրեական հետապնդում հարուցելու մասին, և վերջինիս նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել տնային կալանքը, 2.000.000 ՀՀ դրամ գրավը և բացակայելու արգելքը:

Քրեական վարույթով նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի սահմանադրական կարգի հիմունքների և հասարակական անվտանգության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում, իրականացվում են քննչական անհրաժեշտ գործողություններ և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները, հանցավոր խմբում ներգրավված անձանց ամբողջական շրջանակը պարզելու և նրանց նկատմամբ քրեաիրավական ներգործության միջոցներ կիրառելու համար:

ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը հորդորում է ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին արտերկիր մեկնելիս և վերադառնալիս զերծ մնալ անօրինական միգրացիայի գործընթացներում ներգրավվելուց, բացառել կեղծ փաստաթղթերի օգտագործումը և խոշոր գումարների տրամադրումը նշված գործընթացներն անօրինական եղանակով կազմակերպող անձանց:
