Մխչյան գյուղի դպրոցում արձանագրված միջադեպը ոչ միայն սարսափելի հանցագործություն է, այլ՝ մեր կրթական համակարգի խորը ճգնաժամի հայելային արտացոլում։ Ավագ դասարանի երեխաները հարկադրանքով թմրանյութ են տվել փոքրերին, և սա պարզապես սարսափելի միջադեպ չէ՝ սա համատարած համակարգային ձախողման սուր արտահայտումն է։ Այն համակարգի, որն անվանում ենք կրթական, սակայն իր էությամբ վաղուց հեռացել է երեխաների շահերի պաշտպան լինելու գաղափարից։
 
Կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարությունը՝ փոխանակ խորքային վերլուծության և արմատական միջոցառումների դիմելու, կրկին ընտրել է ամենահեշտ, ամենաէժան տարբերակը. տնօրենի հեռացումը։ Այս մեթոդը մեզ ծանոթ է՝ մեղավորների «գլուխ կտրել», որպեսզի պետական համակարգը պատրանք ստեղծի, թե արձագանքել է։ Բայց ո՞ւր են հարցերը՝ ինչպես է հնարավոր, որ թմրանյութ մուտք գործի դպրոց։ Որտե՞ղ է վերահսկողությունը, մանկավարժների վերապատրաստումը, հոգեբանական ծառայությունները, որոնք պետք է աշխատեն ռիսկային խմբերի հետ։ Ավելին՝ նախարարության ներկայացուցիչների պնդումները, թե իբր տեղյակ չեն եղել տեղի ունեցողի մասին, բացահայտ սուտ են։ Դպրոցներում ներքին կարգով դեռ ամիսներ առաջ ուսուցիչներին զգուշացվել էր, որ նման խնդիր կա՝ խոսք էր գնում թմրանյութերի հնարավոր շրջանառության մասին։ Բայց ի՞նչ քայլեր են արվել։ Ոչ մի։ Ոչ ոք պատասխանատվություն չի կրել, ոչ ոք գործնական մեխանիզմ չի ներդրել՝ կանխելու համար այս զարգացումը։ Եվ վերջապես՝ որտե՞ղ է ոստիկանությունը։
 
Այսօր զոհերը երեխաներն են՝ «թունավորվածները», ովքեր ապագայում կկրեն ոչ միայն ֆիզիոլոգիական հետևանքները, այլև հոգեբանական խորը վնասներ։ Զոհեր են նաև «տվողները», որովհետև եթե մի խումբ դեռահաս հասնում է նրան, որ փորձում է թմրանյութ տալ փոքրերին, դա արդեն մեզ է ասում՝ ինչպիսի դատարկություն է տիրում դպրոցում, տանը, մեր հասարակության բարոյահոգեբանական դաշտում։
 
Եվ այս ամենից հետո նախարարությունը որոշում է՝ հեռացնել տնօրենին։ Պատրա՞ստ է արդյոք ԿԳՄՍ-ն նայել իր պատասխանատվության աչքերին։ Ոչ թե ծածկել ախտանիշները, այլ ընդունել՝ սա համակարգային փտածության հետևանք է։ Պատասխանատուները շատ են՝ սկսած մարզային վարչությունից մինչև նախարարը։ Բայց արդյո՞ք որևիցե մեկը հրաժարական է տվել։ Ոչ։ Որպես միշտ՝ «պաշտոնանկ» է արվում մեկ օղակ, մինչ համակարգը շարունակում է գործել նույն անտարբերությամբ։
