Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանին ատոմակայանի էներգաբլոկների զանազան տարբերակներ է առաջարկել․ Կոպիրկին

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինը հայտարարել է, որ Մոսկվան Երևանին առաջարկում է ատոմակայանի միջուկային էներգաբլոկների լայն տեսականի՝ խոշոր ռեակտորներից մինչև ցածր հզորության մոդուլներ։ 

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին հայտնում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ն՝ մեջբերելով ՌԴ դեսպանի հայտարարությունը հայկական ԱԷԿ-ի ղեկավարության հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ։ 

«Դուք հիշատակեցիք նոր միջուկային էներգաբլոկների կառուցման հարցը։ Ռուսական կողմից առաջարկներ կան, որքանով ես գիտեմ, ամբողջ գծի վերաբերյալ։ Առաջարկներ կան և՛ մեծ ռեակտորի վերաբերյալ՝ մանրամասն հիմնավորմամբ և տեխնիկատնտեսական հիմնավորմամբ, և՛ ցածր հզորության մոդուլների վերաբերյալ։ Եվ կարիք չկա ասելու, որ «Ռոսատոմ»-ն այստեղ ունի եզակի իրավասություն։ Կա լողացող, արդեն գործող համապատասխան կայան», - ասել է Կոպիրկինը։ 

Դեսպանի խոսքով՝ ավելի համապարփակ առաջարկ կլինի, եթե հայկական կողմը ընդունի բարձր հզորության բլոկի առաջարկը։  

«Ինչպես գիտեք, մենք պատրաստ ենք տարբեր տարբերակների՝ համաձայն հայկական կողմի ընտրության։ Եվ այստեղ հարցեր չկան», - նշել է Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինը։

Խոսելով գործող ատոմակայանի ծառայության ժամկետի երկարաձգման աշխատանքների մասին՝ Ռուսաստանի դեսպանը նշել է ծառայության ժամկետի վրա ազդող լրացուցիչ դժվարությունների կանխարգելման կարևորությունը՝ կապված հանրապետության միջուկային անվտանգության ոլորտում եվրոպական չափանիշների ինտեգրման գծի հետ։  

Իր հերթին, ԱԷԿ-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Էդուարդ Մարտիրոսյանը դեսպանին պատմել է գործող էներգաբլոկի ծառայության ժամկետը երկարաձգելու աշխատանքների և 2026 թվականից հետո այն շահագործելու թույլտվություն ստանալու համար փաստաթղթերի պատրաստման մասին։ Մարտիրոսյանի խոսքով՝ գործող ատոմակայանը անխափան էլեկտրամատակարարում է ապահովում Հայաստանի ամբողջ արդյունաբերության գրեթե 30-40%-ին։ Մարտիրոսյանը նաև հայտնել է, որ, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, նոր էներգաբլոկի մոդելը հանրապետությունը կորոշի հաջորդ տարի։ 

Հայկական ատոմակայանի գլխավոր տնօրենի առաջին տեղակալ Մովսես Վարդանյանն, իր հերթին, լրագրողներին ասել է, որ Հայաստանում գործող էներգաբլոկների նման էներգաբլոկների ծառայության ժամկետը 60 տարի է, իսկ որոշ բլոկներ ունեն մինչև 70-80 տարվա ռեսուրս։ 

«Այսպիսով, մենք հնարավորություններ ունենք՝ հաշվի առնելով այս երկրների փորձը։ Սակայն, եթե նոր բլոկը շահագործման հանձնվի, ապա գործողը պետք է կանգնեցվի, քանի որ սառեցման ջրի հետ կապված խնդիրներ կլինեն», - նշել է Վարդանյանը։
