Բա աշակերտներին ոչինչ չի՞ լինելու. ի՞նչ է կատարվել Մերձավանի դպրոցում, ի՞նչ է անելու ԿԳՄՍՆ-ն

Երկրորդ օրն է՝ հանրային տիրույթում քննարկման թիվ մեկ թեման Մերձավանի միջնակարգ դպրոցում տիրող խայտառակ բարքերն ու միջավայրն է: Հիշեցնենք, Մերձավանի դպրոցում ծնողները և աշակերտները երեկ դասադուլ էին հայտարարել, դժգոհել պատմության ուսուցչուհի Ռոզա Դավթյանից, ցուցաբերել, մեղմ ասած, անհարգալից վերաբերմունք ուսուցչական անձնակազմի նկատմամբ, որն անընդունելի է և անցնում է բոլոր նորմերը։

Այսօր ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունն անդրադարձավ այս դեպքին՝ հայտարարելով, որ խստորեն դատապարտում է Արմավիրի մարզի Փարաքար համայնքի Մերձավան գյուղի միջնակարգ դպրոցում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպը, որի ընթացքում պատմության ուսուցչի նկատմամբ դրսևորվել է անթույլատրելի վերաբերմունք՝ դպրոցի տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարի, որոշ ուսուցիչների, աշակերտների և ծնողների մասնակցությամբ։

«Միաժամանակ տեղեկացնում ենք, որ Արմավիրի մարզպետի աշխատակազմի հետ համագործակցությամբ որոշում է կայացվել սահմանված կարգով տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարին աշխատանքից ազատելու և տնօրենի նոր ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար նշանակելու վերաբերյալ»,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ։

Տնօրենի պահով հասկանալի է, սակայն օրակարգում ոչ պակաս կարևոր հարց կա՝ ի՞նչ է լինելու այդ խայտառակ տեսանյութով հայտնի դարձած աշակերտների հետ, որոնց պահվածքը ուղղակի զազրելի է. նրանց խոսելաձևը, վարքը, գնահատականներն ու պահելաձևը ուղղակի նվաստացնում են կրթօջախի դերն ու նշանակությունը, և չենք վախենում ասել՝ ի ցույց դնում իրենց ընտանիքներում տիրող բարքերը, որոնք, փաստացի, դպրոցը չի կարողանում ոչ միայն արմատախիլ անել, այլև քողարկել: Արդյո՞ք բացատրական աշխատանքներ կտարվեն աշակերտների և ծնողների հետ, արդյո՞ք ԿԳՄՍՆ-ն ավելի խիստ մեթոդների կգնա՝ դպրոցից հեռացում և այլն, թե՞ աչք կփակի այս միջադեպի վրա, սահմանափակվելով տնօրենի ազատմամբ: Այս հարցերը MediaHub-ն ուղղեց ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի խոսնակին:

«Մերձավանի միջնակարգ դպրոցում ուսուցչի նկատմամբ աշակերտների անթույլատրելի վերաբերմունքը խիստ դատապարտելի է, սակայն հանրակրթությունը պարտադիր է, ուստի վարքային խնդիրները չեն կարող դառնալ կրթության իրավունքի խախտման պատճառ»,- եղավ պատասխանը։

Նելլի Վահանյանը MediaHub-ին նաև ասաց, որ դպրոցում աշխատելու է համապատասխան մասնագետների խումբ, և խմբի ուսումնասիրության արդյունքում բոլոր անհրաժեշտ քայլերը կձեռնարկվեն: 

«Ինչպես արդեն նշվել է, Մերձավանի միջնակարգ դպրոցը կգտնվի հատուկ մշտադիտարկման ներքո՝ խորքային խնդիրների ուսումնասիրության և արդյունավետ լուծումների մշակման համար։ Արձանագրված միջադեպը վկայում է դպրոցում առկա համակարգային և բազմաշերտ խնդիրների մասին, որոնք պահանջում են ուշադրություն և գործնական քայլեր»,– հավելեց Վահանյանը։
