Արտագաղթել են համայնքում դպրոցի ու մանկապարտեզի բացակայության պատճառով. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Լոռու մարզի Քարաբերդ համայնքը Վանաձորից ընդամենը մի քանի կիլոմետր հեռավորության վրա է գտնվում, բայց այստեղ հասնելու համար երկար ժամանակ և մեծ ջանքեր են անհրաժեշտ։ Քարաբերդ տանող ճանապարհը քարուքանդ վիճակում է, և շատ հաճախ մեքենաները հրաժարվում են այնտեղ մտնել։ Միակ խնդիրը, սակայն անմխիթար ճանապարհը չէ։

Համայնքը դպրոց չունի։ 74 թվականին գյուղի դպրոցը փակվել է։ 90–ականներին դիմել են դպրոցը վերաբացելու խնդրանքով, նախարարությունից էլ պատասխանել են, որ տնակներ կհատկացնեն Քարաբերդին, որտեղ էլ համայնքի 28 դպրոցահասակները դասապարապմունքներ կանցկացնեն, սակայն խոստումները տասնյակ տարիներ անց այդպես էլ այստեղ չեն հասել:

Քարաբերդցիները «Փաստ» օրաթերթի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում դժգոհեցին, որ դպրոցի, ինչպես նաև մանկապարտեզի բացակայությունն էլ դարձել են արտագաղթի հիմնական խթանը։

Տարիների ընթացքում երիտասարդները հեռացել են, այսօր էլ հազիվ մեկ–երկու երիտասարդ ընտանիք է ապրում. Քարաբերդն արդեն այսօր ծերանոց է դարձել։ Մեծահասակներով բնակեցված համայնքում անգամ բուժկետ չկա, բժշկական օգնություն ստանալու նպատակով քարաբերդցիները ստիպված են Վանաձոր հասնել։

«Գյուղացիներից մեկ– երկուսը մեքենաներ ունեն, այդ ծերերին անհրաժեշտության դեպքում Վանաձոր են տանում, մեկը մյուսին օգնում, «յոլա» են գնում էլի։ Դե, ապրում ենք՝ էլի, ամեն մեռնողի երանի տալով»,– նեղսրտեցին տարեց գյուղացիները:

Քարաբերդը միայն ամռանն է մարդաշատ լինում՝ այդ ժամանակ շուրջ 130 բնակիչ է լինում։ Մինչդեռ այդքան գրանցված բնակիչ այստեղ չկա, դրանց մեծ մասը ժամանակավոր են բնակություն հաստատում, անասնապահությամբ են զբաղվում, սեզոնն ավարտվելուն պես էլ հեռանում են։ Քարաբերդն այսօր մոտ 90 բնակիչ ունի:

Գյուղացիների կարծիքով, եթե Վանաձորին կապող ճանապարհը վերանորոգվի, մի շարք խնդիրներ կլուծվեն։ Նրանց խոսքով՝ մեծ գումար անհրաժեշտ չէ, պետությունը կարող է դրա համար վճարել, իսկ գյուղապետարանի սուղ բյուջեով դա իրականացնել անհնար է։

«Մարդիկ հողագործությամբ, անասնապահությամբ են զբաղվում։ Նպաստավոր պայմաններ կան անասնապահությամբ զբաղվելու համար, անասնապահները գոհ են այդ գործից, միայն թե ճանապարհները որ լավը լինեն, կարող են տանել մթերքը Վանաձորում վաճառել, հոգսերը մի քիչ կթեթևանան»,– նշեց մեր զրուցակիցը։
