Պաշտոնյաների տները՝ սողանքային գոտում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երկար տարիներ է բնապահպան Կարինե Դանիելյանը հայ պաշտոնյաներին կոչ է անում սթափվել և հարգել բնությունը, քանի որ այն մարդկանց պատժելու հատկություն ունի: Բայց ինչպես միջին, այնպես էլ միջինից բարձր տրամաչափի չինովնիկները նմանօրինակ զգուշացումները մշտապես չլսելու են տվել կամ հումորով վերաբերել և մեկը մյուսի հետևից մայրաքաղաքի անտառապատ հատվածների հաշվին իրենց համար, այսպես ասած, էլիտար տներ կառուցել:

Այդպես էլ Մոնումենտի հայտնի այգին կամաց–կամաց վերածվեց չինովնիկների բնակելի թաղամասի: Եվ այդ ընթացքում նախկին ու ներկա պաշտոնյաները, երբ այդ տարածքները մեջ–մեջ էին անում, ամենայն հավանականությամբ չեն իմացել, որ Մոնումենտի այգիները գտնվում են սողանքային գոտում, որ այնտեղ շինարարություն անել չի կարելի,և որ վաղ թե ուշ կառուցված տները կդառնան վթարային:

ԱԺ–ում աղետների և ռիսկերի նվազեցման թեմայով քննարկման ժամանակ, բնապահպան Դանիելյանը մեկ անգամ ևս հիշեցրեց, որ մայրաքաղաքը գնում է անապատացման ճանապարհով, իսկ այն դղյակները, որտեղ ապրում են մեր նախկին ու ներկա պաշտոնյաները, հակաէկոլոգիական են:

Ստացվում է, որ նրանք ժամանակին այնքան տարված են եղել Մոնումենտի հողերը մեջ–մեջ անելով, որ ուշադրություն անգամ չեն դարձրել, թե որտեղ են տուն սարքում: Ստացվում է, որ մեր արդարադատ բնությունը դեռ իր խոսքը կասի բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր ժամանակին Մոնումենտի անտառը հատել, քաղաքին թոքերից զրկել ու իրենց համար սեփական դղյակ են կառուցել:

Կարճ ասած, ստացվում է, որ պաշտոնյաները երկու ոտքով ընկել են իրենց լարած թակարդը, որից դուրս գալը, փաստորեն, բավականին նյութական կորուստներ է ենթադրում:
