Ռուսաստանը կոշտացնում է ճնշումը. ինչպե՞ս կույս մնալ և հաճույք ստանալ

Գլոբալ Հարավի և Արևելքի պետությունների ներկայացուցիչները մայիսի վերջին կժամանեն Մոսկվա՝ միջազգային հանդիպման համար, որը նվիրված է անվտանգության հարցերին, հայտարարել են Ռուսաստանի Անվտանգության խորհրդի աշխատակազմի մամուլի ծառայությունում։ 13-րդ միջազգային հանդիպումը, որտեղ քննարկելու են անվտանգությանը վերաբերող հարցեր, տեղի կունենա Մոսկվայում մայիսի 27-29-ը՝ Ռուսաստանի Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Սերգեյ Շոյգուի նախագահությամբ։ Հանդիպման հրավերներ են ուղարկվել Հարավի և Արևելքի պետություններին, ԱՊՀ, ՀԱՊԿ, ԵԱՏՄ, ՇՀԿ երկրներին, ինչպես նաև ավելի քան 20 միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ղեկավարությանը։

Հանդիպումը չափազանց մեծ նշանակություն ունի Ռուսաստանի համար, և հրավեր ուղարկվել է նաև Հայաստանին՝ Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանին։ Միաժամանակ կատաղի ճնշում են սկսել գործադրել հայկական կողմի վրա թե՛ Արևմուտքը և թե՛ Ռուսաստանը։ Բանն այն է, որ Գրիգորյանը վաղուց արևմտյան, հատկապես անգլիական ազդեցության գործակալ է, իսկ հակառուսական ճակատն այս պահին կորդինացնում է հենց Մեծ Բրիտանիան, և այնտեղից կոշտ զգուշացում են արել, որ նման հանդիպմանը մասնակցելու դեպքում Հայաստանը լրջագույն խնդիրներ կունենա Արևմուտքի հետ։

Մյուս կողմից էլ Ռուսաստանն է սկսել շատ ավելի լուրջ ճնշում գործադրել, ընդ որում ոչ միայն կոշտացել են հռետորաբանությունը Հայաստանի նկատմամբ հրապարակային դիսկուրսում, այլ նաև ներքին խողովակներով պարզ ու բառացիորեն, հրամայական տոնով պահանջում են, որպեսզի մասնակցեն Ռուսաստանի կազմակերպած միջոցառումներին, և այժմ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները չգիտեն, թե ինչպես վարվեն։ Մոսկվա մեկնելով և Հաղթանակի շքերթին մասնակցելով, Փաշինյանը լուրջ խնդիրներ է արդեն իսկ հարուցել Արևմուտքի հետ, բայց և Ռուսաստանի ֆակտորը չեն կարողանում որևէ կերպ անտեսել, ուստի և այժմ պաշտոնական Երևանը կանգնած է երկընտրանքի առջև, ինչպես հաճույք ստանալ և կույս մնալ։
