Եվրամիության թարս ապտակը. Փաշինյանի այցը Մոսկվա աննկատ չի անցել

Լեհաստանում մայիսի 7-ից 8-ը կայացած Եվրամիության արտաքին գործերի նախարարների գագաթնաժողովը հարուցել է նույնիսկ եվրոպական մամուլի զարմանքը, քանի որ հրավիրված երկրների ցանկում բացակայել են Հայաստանը և Վրաստանը։ Թեպետ պաշտոնական Երևանը հայտարարել է իր եվրոպական ինտեգրման ցանկության մասին, համապատասխան օրենք էլ ընդունել, սակայն Հայաստանին չեն հրավիրել մասնակցելու, փոխարենը գագաթաժողովին մասնակցել են անդամակցության թեկնածու և պոտենցիալ թեկնածու երկրներ՝ Ալբանիան, Բոսնիա և Հերցեգովինան, Չեռնոգորիան, Հյուսիսային Մակեդոնիան, Մոլդովան, Սերբիան, Թուրքիան, Ուկրաինան և Կոսովոն։

Եթե Վրաստանի դեպքում հասկանալի է նման մոտեցումը, եվրոպական կառույցները սառեցրել և կասեցրել են բազմաթիվ նախագծեր, Վրաստանի գործող իշխանություններին էլ մեղադրում են հակաեվրոպական կուրս ընդունելու մեջ, ապա Հայաստանի բացակայությունը չափազանց ուշագրավ է դիտարկվում և գրեթե բոլոր եվրոպական փորձագետների կարծիքով պատճառը մեկն է՝ մայիսի 9-ի հաղթանակի շքերթին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մասնակցության հաստատումը։

Մեր տեղեկություններով, Հայաստանին մինչ վերջին պահը ցանկացել են հրավիրել, բայց երբ Փաշինյանն Ազգային ժողովում հայտարարեց, որ անպայման մեկնելու է Մոսկվա, ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ին պարզապես, հայտնել են, որ ցանկություն չունեն տեսնելու նրանց Վարշավայում կայանալիք գագաթնաժողովին, ինչից, իհարկե, Արարատ Միրզոյանը և նրա «կանտորան» չափազանց նեղվել են։

Բանն այն է, որ ԱԳ նախարարը, ինչպես և Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը, զգալի ջանքեր են գործադրել Հայաստանի մասնակցությունն ապահովելու համար, բայց Եվրամիությունից հատուկ հիշեցրել են դիվանագիտության ղեկավար Կայա Կալլասի զգուշացումները և դրանից հետո Հայաստանի իշխանությունների քայլը։ Իսկ Փաշինյանի մեկնումը Մոսկվա առանձնապես դրական չի ընկալվել եվրոպական մայրաքաղաքներում, ուստի և բացի արտգործնախարարների գագաթնաժողովին չհրավիրելուց, Երևանիին զգուշացրել են, որ առաջիկայում ևս ավելի կոշտ են արձագանքելու պաշտոնական Երևանի քայլերին, ընդհուպ՝ պաշտոնական մակարդակներով զգուշացնելով, որ կարող են Հայաստանին այլևս թեկնածու չդիտարկել, նաև զրկել խոստացված միջոցներից։
