Սահարայի ավազը սպառնում է Եվրոպայի արևային էներգետիկային

Եվրոպայում արևային էներգետիկայի զարգացման հետ մեկտեղ նոր սպառնալիք է ի հայտ գալիս՝ Սահարայից ավազի փոշու կանոնավոր «ներխուժումները»։ Եվրոպական երկրաբանական գիտությունների միության (EGU25) համաժողովում գիտնականները ներկայացրել են տվյալներ, որոնք հաստատում են, որ հանքային փոշին զգալիորեն նվազեցնում է արևային էլեկտրակայանների աշխատանքի արդյունավետությունը և խաթարում էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրության կանխատեսումների ճշգրտությունը։

Սահարան ամեն տարի արտանետում է միլիարդավոր տոննա փոշի, որի տասնյակ միլիոնները հասնում են Եվրոպա։ Այս մասնիկները ցրում և կլանում են արևի լույսը, նպաստում են ամպերի առաջացմանը և, հետևաբար, նվազեցնում են Երկրի մակերևույթին հասնող արևային ճառագայթումը, ինչը նվազեցնում է արևային վահանակների արդյունավետությունը։ Փոշին նաև աղտոտում և քերծում է վահանակների մակերևույթը, ինչը կրճատում է դրանց ծառայության ժամկետը և մեծացնում սպասարկման ծախսերը։

Դոկտոր Ջերջ Վարգայի ղեկավարած թիմը վերլուծել է 2019-2023 թվականներին Կենտրոնական Եվրոպայում և հարավային շրջաններում՝ Իսպանիայում, Պորտուգալիայում, Ֆրանսիայում, Իտալիայում և Հունաստանում տեղի ունեցած 46 ավազե փոթորիկ։ Հետազոտությունը ցույց է տվել, որ վահանակների արտադրողականության նվազման հիմնական պատճառն արևային էներգիայի արտադրության կանխատեսման ժամանակակից մոդելների անբավարարությունն է, որոնք չեն հաշվի առնում մթնոլորտի դինամիկ փոփոխությունները և հաճախ հիմնվում են հնացած տվյալների վրա։

Գիտնականներն ընդգծում են, որ առավելագույն ճշգրիտ կանխատեսումներ ստանալու համար անհրաժեշտ է հաշվի առնել օդային տարածքում փոշու կոնցենտրացիան և դրա փոխազդեցությունն ամպերի հետ։
«Առանց դինամիկ կանխատեսման մեթոդների՝ էներգիայի պակասի և էներգահամակարգի անկայունության ռիսկը միայն կաճի արևային էներգետիկայի բաժնեմասի մեծացմանը զուգընթաց», - նշում է Վարգան։
